AWFUL!!!! Told between $2900 and $3500 for a repai...

AWFUL!!!! Told between $2900 and $3500 for a repair, and when I picked the car up (after nearly 4 weeks having been told a few days), the bill was over $5600!

Couldn't have been handled worse - my service manager was almost impossible to get a hold of, rarely returned calls and made it seem like this was no strange way to treat a customer.

TERRIBLE. Suggest everyone takes their car elsewhere!

This almost makes me want to sever all my ties with BMW.
