I had a wonderful experience at Regency Lexus and I want to thank three people for it: Andrew, Colin, and Lara!
Andrew was really honest and helpful. He offered exceptional advice to help me determine which model would best suit my needs.
Colin is really informative and knowledgeable. He has demonstrated what good customer service should be. He told us everything we need to know about the new car and also secret functions that makes the car more enjoyable.
Lastly, Lara was very patient and knowledgeable. She explained our credit reports to us and offered us professional advise on how to lower our payments.
I would definitely work with them again if I get another Lexus.
