RM Personnel

Unfortunately can not put negative stars. Just called no more than 3 minutes ago... A female answered the phone with the RM Personnel greeting, I proceeded to tell her that I had called to check in as I had been instructed, then I heard how the receiver slammed against the cradle. Every company should primarily take care of their customer service, especially when it comes to the receptionist whom is the first point of contact.
