Structure was such a great property manager for our 13 unit building - never more obvious than when new owners switched to a new management company. You can file your maintenance requests on line, and the response time is great. In addition to our building manager, the company had at least one other person coordinating repairs and services for the building. You can also pay your rent online, and divide from multiple accounts. They provided a tenant reference for me when I needed to execute a commercial lease, and worked with me during a family emergency when my rent was a couple of days late.
