As time progressed and future goals have changed the time was near where we had to upgrade our Lexus IS250. We began our search online for our dream SUV. Countless hours of browsing through the same old ad's on dealer websites and that uncomfortable feeling that you get at dicey car lots, perhaps the excitement of finding our perfect vehicle had almost came to an END...........until we met a gentleman named Chris Ting at Regency Lexus on Burrard. From the moment we walked into the high end (but not daunting) dealership, my husband and I were "Wowed" from the customer service to the incredible vehicles that were up front and centre. Each meticulously maintained, groomed and of showroom perfection.

Long story short, Chris had exceptional-no pressure demeanour and made our car purchase comfortable. Not to mention the dealership had delicious gourmet coffee and tea. The sun was shining and we drove off the lot in utter excitement and all within a very reasonable amount of time. We will never go to another dealership other than Regency Lexus. Today was a success. Thanks again to the whole Regency Crew on Burrard.
