Special thanks to Andrew Ngo, for my 5-star car buying experience. Andrew is without question the most pleasant and professional product advisor I ever dealt with. He blew me away with his product knowledge and outstanding character which doesn't happen very often as I am a red seal HVAC mechanic and work on cars on the weekends. Most "advisors" just make things up as they go in hopes to sell you the car. Andrew, on the other hand, is the first one to prove me wrong and actually teach me a thing or two about automobiles. I recently bought a used car from him and found an enormous scratch on the underside of the front bumper, the following morning. I immediately sent pictures to Andrew and he quickly responded with an apology and promised to fix the unseen damage. Andrew exceeded my expectations by a long shot and I will never buy a car from anyone else.
