My husband and I are interested in an 2017 Lexus RX350; we called the sales center to check whether this vehicle is still available so we don t waste our time, round trip will take us 80 mins.
Simon, the salesperson, ensured me this vehicle is still there. We got there, 40 mins later he still could find where the vehicle is., he Ask us to go home and said he will call once the vehicle can be located; and it is possible that SUV have been sold by other sales person. No apologies being made to provide wrong information.
What a joke!!!!!! Completely wasted 2 hours of our time. We are never going back there again.
