EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I paid for an expensive 4 hour express service for very important documents to be delivered. 6 hours later, no one had even picked up the documents from the origin address. When I called, the attitude was "yeah its late, it is what it is". They had no idea where the driver was or when he will be able to deliver on the promise they made.

I did not even get a single "we are sorry", it was a complete "this is it, take it or leave it" scenario. It is not even snowing or raining, roads ARE clear. I dont get what the problem is.

Very very dissatisfied and will never use this service again. Save yourself some headache and go elsewhere!
