Was able to attend the Thursday and Friday rounds of the 2011 Masters Tournament. I had been building this place in my mind since childhood and it didn't even remotely disappoint, it surpassed all of my expectations. Truly a magical place, almost spiritual experience, can't imagine what it would be like to play the course!

This is the most immaculate golf course I've ever seen! There isn't a weed on the premises and the grounds are so pristine one has to see it to believe it. Was there for a practice round for the Masters golf tournament and everyone was wonderfully kind and helpful. If you get a chance to go and are a golf fan, go!

Awesome experience. Came down here with my son and friends. We enjoyed the course, the people, everything was excellent. Recommend everyone put Augusta National on their bucket list. Not so easy to get in but worth every effort to. Just walking the course is golfer's heaven. Thank you to all at Augusta National.

This place is what Disney would like you to think they are. Everything is manicured to as near perfection as is humanly possible. Concessions are very economical sandwiches from $1.50 to $3 beer is $5 for a large souvenir cup. Everything possible is done for the patrons. The code of conduct is strictly enforced for the benefit of all. A must for any fan of golf.

Really bad chemical smell in the paths all around the course. Kinda made me want to gag a few times. The herbicides and petrochemical fertilizer have got to be poisoning the wildlife surrounding the place. I know I wouldn't want to live downstream! I'd be very impressed if they could pull off the aesthetic without all the poisons!

Im only 24, but had the privilege to attend the Masters twice. 1 Practice round, and second was Sunday a few years later. The strongly enforced code of conduct is incredible. Not ONE phone or camera, everyone enjoying the beautiful moment through their own eyes. Everyone is respectful and understands the significance of where they are. Food prices so cheep you can purchase 4 Drinks, 8 Sandwiches, a candy bar, and a cookie for $25. It's incredible.

All in all, 10/10 experience both times and I'll never forget it. The whole operation is perfectly oiled machine. Trust me when I say that a 80 person line is only about a 3 minute wait. It's what every sporting event should strive to be.

A bucket list visit place for sure . Been to some fabulous golf courses but Augusta tops them all . Stands between 16 tee and green one of best places to sit. See 15th hole approach shots and green as well as all of 16th hole action.

Its a awesome golf club. The growth and work that they're putting into it to make it the number 1 course is astounding. So come on down and join us for the Master's Golf Tournament and watch some of the greats battle it out for the Green Jacket and view the amazing lamdscape.

This is in response to one of the reviews that was submitted concerning the penalty assessed to Tiger. Had that been a lesser know player on the tour, do you think the same penalty would have applied. This issue was also discussed on radio and I think the show's host sumed it up best when he said, "Money talks."

I visited The Masters practice day in 2005. I must say that the spectator facilities at the tournament were amazing. The souvenir shops & snack bars were excellent and reasonably priced. All of the officials were very polite and I had the most memorable time of my life.
I would love to visit the grounds again.

It's a shame Danny Willett and Trevor Immelman both won here. They suck at golf and have forever stained the tournament. I wouldn't even let them in the gate as a paying patron. Try the egg salad.

Rang from Ireland to enquire if there was a visitors centre or visitor hours as we are planning a trip to Agusta 13-15th April, and was met with a very stern rude woman who literally answered as so "NO, we do not let lay people in unless they hold status or tickets". Now I'm sorry but that is just rudeness and if it is the case that is their right but there is no NEED or RIGHT to give bad customer service. I was hoping to provide my father an exciting chance of visiting a course he has only seen via screens for years but we do not need to be met with such hostile attitude.

I was very disturbed in the discussion regarding the Tiger Woods episode. Way to much time allowing all the hosts to give their input on the episode. It was for the rules committee to make the judgement call not the announcers. Way to much talk and not enough golf. Most of the viewers want to see golf played at Augusta and not listen to has been players and announcers, there presence tarnishes the event.

The whole environment is designed to provide an unforgettable experience and the CSRA is blessed to have the Augusta National as its crown jewel. If you're lucky enough to get on those hallowed grounds, enjoy the beauty, stock up on souvenirs, but by all means- grab some egg salad sandwiches on the way out!

Never been to this Golf course and was just trying to get pictures of entrance for a friend that loves golf and was harassed by security that I was on private property , which I was on public street and just turned into gate 6 entrance. No where posted is no trespassing and was told I would go to jail and local police have also been called. All I was trying to do was get a picture of sign. Then security officer told me he worked for pentagon for 20 years before this and I had a better chance getting into Whitehouse getting a picture with President of United States then getting into this golf course. Wow wow wow so this is why the world is the way it is for some overpaid security for a picture of rich people golf course. I didn t know much about golf before but now I could care less . Karma will come back to you and the Golf course.
