Whoever the person is that is posting that AAA Express gave him COVID-19 is a complete liar. Their drivers are using PPE to protect us all. We love AAA Express!! We use them for envelopes to full trailer loads and everything in between. Great drivers and friendly office staff. Pricing is also very reasonable. We will be sure to refer other companies to them to take advantage of their great referral program!!

10/10 recommend this courier. I have taken Aaa with me no matter where i work as a shipper. The flatbed has been a huge help to my company as we are constantly shipping large bundles from one city to the next. The pricing for out of town has been very good to us as well.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I paid for an expensive 4 hour express service for very important documents to be delivered. 6 hours later, no one had even picked up the documents from the origin address. When I called, the attitude was "yeah its late, it is what it is". They had no idea where the driver was or when he will be able to deliver on the promise they made.

I did not even get a single "we are sorry", it was a complete "this is it, take it or leave it" scenario. It is not even snowing or raining, roads ARE clear. I dont get what the problem is.

Very very dissatisfied and will never use this service again. Save yourself some headache and go elsewhere!

I needed an emergency delivery from mississauga to montreal. They were able to deliver it to me in 6 hours. They kept their promise

i had the same experience as the others, rude and entitled customer service staff are over talking you when you have an issue. they kind of mess up ten percent of every order, try Powerlink courier, they are cheaper, more polite and easier to deal with.

AAA has a lot of screamers that do CSR duties, makes it hard to get business done

Very unprofessional, can't accept mistakes of their employees. Bills extra charges for their errors to client. Talks over top of you and won't listen or allow conversation. Run to another carrier folks, don't waste your time here.

Timely and professional service. A typical day for me would be sending anywhere from 3-5 van calls and 5-10 truck calls. I also use the flatbed 1-2 times per month and everything has been running smoothly.

I've changed my review as we have just been charged for an error their staff made. In the past they would have happily removed the charge and taken accountability but not now. We have used them for several years but something has changed in their management for them to try to sneakily bill us for an error on their part. Finding a new courier immediately.

I have been using AAA Express as my primary same day courier company for the past 6 years. I have moved to three different positions within different organizations relating to administrative and facility work.. I have urgent, or rush shipments quite often. AAA Express are always on time, and never late. I wouldn t use any other same day service, especially in the GTA.

I send roughly 10-15 boxes per day with AAA Express across the Greater Toronto Area and i have been using aaa express for 7 years. I discovered AAA when i was receiving a shipment from a client who was using AAA first. I find the service to be great, if i ever had an issue with a delivery it was quickly resolved by customer service. This company has been very fair to me and easy to work with. I appreciate being able to call them on a Saturday when i am in a pinch and need a shipment sent out last minute.

Were a 3pl company that requires blind shipments and aaa express has been able to handle them without any issues. Very reliable and great to work with.
