A lovely and peaceful setting, but remember that this is not an Ancient Monument. The building and artefacts are new (and very impressive), although there is a square of an old cotton shirt. A Roman Catholic Abbey, focusing strongly on the important work of the Benedictine monks through history. It was disappointing, but not unexpected, that the primary focus was on philanthropic work rather than the Apostolic calling of "preaching Christ crucified and raised from the dead". Interesting, beautiful but not spiritually fulfilling.
