Nice people here make doing business in town a pleasure. Sometimes a wait at the counter but you can pay online and get forms online also to speed things up.

They can't seem to get with the program. Switching to include a card payment service that allows us to pay online versus coming up to just wait in lines all day is necessary. Not to mention reducing its open hours all of the time. Must be cushy working there. Some of us with real jobs don't mind paying a little extra ( online card fees) for convenience.
