We have not had a policy with Humana in well over 2 years. I know the exact date because we dropped them after they refused to cover the birth of our child. They would not even list him on our policy right after he was born. We knew then we were done with them. Today my daughter needs to see her Dr (yes Family Medical in Hart Co is open 7 days a week) But I'm being told that Humana is showing up as her primary insurance through my husband. Over 2 years we haven't paid them a dime because they screwed is into thousands of dollars in medical bills that should have been covered. And now they are screwing me again. They could at least afford to send me a couple packs of lube.
