Certainly regret switching my Medicare drug plan to Humana. Their mail order plan with Right Source is terrible. Sent a new prescription request and never heard back even though the website said the order was completed. Eight days later I called them and was informed that they couldn't fill the prescription for the drug since physicians can't order drugs for themselves, which is totally ridiculous as I've been doing this for years. Furthermore they never notified about this, until I called them, although they claimed they sent me a letter which I received. Avoid Humana at all costs.
