Friendly claims service but they will make things up rather than doing their job to investigate coverage issues. I wish I could get paid for all the time I wasted plus the time I wasted talking to the doctor's billing & hospital billing departments. It may be a great place to work but it's NOT a great insurance company. Britney is the only person that did the *work* that was needed.
