Actually 4 stars, but the rooms are a bit old, especially the bathroom. Location is great right on the Spree. Staff was very nice. The huge aquarium in reception has something. Breakfast is very simple for such a house. You get full and maybe I'm spoiled, but a house like this has to do more. The breakfast service was great
