They cancelled my insurance without telling me. The money for said insurance was still coming out of my paychecks. My H.R. Dept. knew nothing about it and I'm the one that's out of luck and paying for something that I can not use for months. No one wants to rectify this blunder. I get told to speak with my human resources officer to which I do and she says no we have to go through Humana. She helped me contact them and they pass the blame back to H.R.. Just give me back my money since you don't want to fix anything and I can't use your "service." You are nothing but thieves and should be out of business!
