Absolute garbage company. Whatever system they have in place to make any changes is terrible. I ve been trying to get a situation regarding my daughter s primary care provider resolved with them for two months and no one can tell me what the status is or anything. Any time I try to get information, they tell me the only thing they can do is escalate the situation and that I should get more info in 72 hours... obviously this never happens. All of the employees give you inconsistent information. I can t believe I have to pay $1,000 a month for such terrible service. This would not fly with any other industry.
