I had reached out to Boly:Welch during a recent career/job change. My meeting with the senior recruiter was extremely helpful and what most impressed me was how direct, honest and to the point she was. This makes such a huge difference because it was decided that pursuing a position through Boly:Welch was not in my best interest professionally. I've never walked away from such a meeting feeling so good.
