Salary always not at proper time, reimbursement are never given or delayed

They did't send PF to employee account, not reliable company on salary part

Nothing, very small company.Not much opportunity for java developer.No proper guidance while assigning the task. Beware from #Ipsita Barua & #Jitin Chugh.

Before hiring they told me to provide cab but when i joined they have changed their statements . I should come in day shift & no cab will be provide.There is also no projects on java technology.

Family business with fraud back ground. Trying to survive with help of body shopping.

It is very nice company and it is also CMMI 5 version 1.2 level company. It has 5 floors including one ground floor and one undergroind floor and it also have a area to play badminton and it also have nice design. It is a MNC also.

Nice place ande behaviour of the Superior or the Managers !!

Espire Infolabs is good place to work and learning. There are lots of onsite opportunities for UK/US.

One of the few Service based companies who have stood the test of time and have been going strong for last 2 decades. The place is okay for folks to come from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges and get experience and tech skill to move higher into the ladder at other places.

I have visit this place for job interview. Architecture wise looks so good and also as I saw the employees they enjoying their work.

Worked with Espire for 4 years, loved the place for its ambience. Onsite opportunities are good and one can grab them easy of you show good communication skills and technical aptitude to get things done and keep the clients happy. Back-end processes are all manual like leave management, HR is supportive at times, but these is scope of improvement, admin team is doing a great job in maintenance of the premises. A word about management, the CEO is easily approachable and other AVPs support you in the time of need. Ample opportunities for one to grow but the management is slow in responding and mapping the same to one's aspirations. Overall a good organisation, as you can showcase your skills since you get easily noticed once you put in your heart and soul for any BU (business unit). Cheers!
