The rooms were ok, nothing special - but found ope...

The rooms were ok, nothing special - but found opened bottles in the mini bar with tap water refilled water bottles, which the hotel wanted to charge us for.
Completely incompetent staff, which almost made us miss our flight as they weren't able to communicate internally, in which resulted in our room being double charged.
Exceptionally unprofessional manager, which assumed we didn't speak german, and was talking negatively about us to his colleagues, in front of us!
I will never stay at a Radisson Blu again!
