This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, but the staff (specifically Bill, Mia, Ashley, and Amanda) at Flow Honda made the process easy and understandable. My situation was complex due to complications with my trade-in and my desire to register/ title my new vehicle in a state thousands of miles away, but the finance and compliance staff worked hard to make the process seamless. I never felt like the staff was trying to sell me things that I didn't need, and they were even responsive/ accommodating when I unexpectedly needed to cancel my VSC a couple weeks after purchasing my vehicle. Overall, I felt the prices were fair and the people were trustworthy. I d recommend this dealer if you are looking to buy a new Honda.
