Briana Reed set up my appointment with no issues. Andres Padilla met met at my appointed time. He was EXCELLENT. Answer all my questions, stated what they will be doing with my car and just how long it would take. While waiting I was sent an text video showing me what service they where performing on my car (Perfect). When completed with serving my car I had to ask, "WHAT HAPPEN WITH THIS COMPANY?" I was in shock of all the EXCELLENT service I was receiving. I will be taking my car back to Downey Nissan with confidence they will do an EXCELLENT job on my car. Thank You Downey Nissan.

Unlike other service departments I ve been to, this one by far was the best experience. I had no appointment and went for a simple oil change. I remember talking to Maury and he was super helpful and professional! I thought I was gonna wait forever but they took my car right away to start working on it. Not only that but the mechanics are very detailed and thorough on how they conduct maintenance. I love the fact that I was sent a video overview on the maintenance process and the mechanic explained it very well in detail. Over all, my experience was wonderful and I will now be making this my home Nissan dealership.

When we arrived our representative Abraham Garcia knew exactly why we were there and was knowledgeable about our needs. The LEAF that we drove away that day was just what I was hoping for and continues to impress me on every drive. With 10 years experience driving a LEAF daily, this gem is the most amazing and satisfying pure electric EV I have driven yet. Please stay away. Very very horrible service. I feel so neglected with my sales person and can t even talk about her supervisor. The front desk couldn t help me at all as well. Unfortunately I purchased and signed a contact for a vehicle with them. It has been about 5 days and the still have not provided any information nor the vehicle to me. What really upsets me is that I do get any updates on where we stand. I have to keep calling to see what s going on. They messed up the paperwork but did not notice until after we were done signing all the work which took about 2 hours. I gave them a deposit and signed away my vehicle. Therefore I still do not have a car. I requested to cancel everything and get my car and money back and they also do not allow me to do that. I have no updates and feel so neglected by this company. I do NOT recommend this dealership. Every time I call I get placed on hold and then hung up. Please do not waist your time and money with the dealership.
