Sad to hear they do not have an in-house dietician.

Very spacious. Good quality equipment. Staff friendly. Clean and sanitizer gear plentiful and available. One negative is the locker room is crammed.

Gym is great!! Had a query I put through to manager in the first week of Feb 2021 I asked enquired 4 times with staff if manager got the message, never got a call from the manager with regard to my query, had to explain 2 different managers lacked interest in my query still have not gotten an answer. Manager I spoke to advised I needed to consult manager on that weekend, instead of taking ownership and trying to solve themselves. She advised messaged would be passed on and I would be given a call back. To date nothing has happened, when I walk in the gym, I get greeted but nothing about my query, poor service in that regard! Gym and its equipment is on point though been there over 13 years and it's still good.

One of the best Virgin Actives I have been to. Very friendly and professional staff .Always in spotless clean . Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere to train in.

Clean, well maintained facility. 4 x wonderful squash courts.

As of 31 Dec 2020 due to Covid and level 3 restrictions the gym is limited to 50 concurrent members and 1 hour of training. There are queues but moves quickly. They've also setup some equipment outdoors.

Good to be back to gym. Virgin have taken some good steps to ensure a safe environment. Just need everyone attending to play their part. Hasn't been very busy in the mornings when I've (which is nice).

Liked the fact that they offer multiple pulley machines making training easier also enjoy the outside shower option

Nice gym. Good equipment and very spacious. Only problem is that they make you stand in the sun lining up because of covid precautions even though the gym is empty inside.
