I ve been calling this nursing home for the past two weeks and leaving countless messages to the Activities Department for a position that is open. I am not sure why they will not consider picking up the phone nor returning my calls. This is puzzling.
I love the way the staff took care of me and made me continue. I m in the best shape!
My father was there I can not say enough about the staff's friendliness and care they did for my father. My 2 sister's will agree with me on this the staff was the best.
Great place to rehab at. The aides and the nurses are very nice. The facility is really nice too. Just wish I could have a room to myself but of course my insurance would not cover.
Staff is great. The accommodations are wonderful. The dining is delightful, food is great
My friends grandma had a very bad experience at this place. They didn t turn and clean her the right way so she was left with one of the worst bedsores. I wouldn t recommend sending a family member to this place. Terrible.

BEWARE!!! This rehab facility is very shady and deceptive. My father was at the facility for a total of 12 days and on the twelfth day I had to demand that he be sent to the hospital due to lack of care. My father had been in severe pain for almost 24 hours and the Nurse Practitioner was going to allow him to stay in pain for at least another 12 hours or more because it was the end of day and they weren't going to do any additional testing until the following day knowing full well that any type of pain medication that was given would not help. Luckily, I was able to get him transferred to the hospital and within 4 hours they were not only able to get him out of pain, but to find the source of the pain and begin treatment. The following day I contacted the facility numerous times to request my father's belongings be packed up, so that we could pick them up as he is not going back to the facility. I also requested that the Social Worker, Julie Hoffman and / or the Head Nurse, Amy give me a call to discuss the lack of treatment received and to advise them that my father would not be returning. I have not received a call from anyone at the facility. The only way we were able to even know that his belongings were ready for pick up was because the only truly honest and helpful employee within the facility, Kristy, the receptionist in the lobby advised me that she had his belongings after numerous phone calls. Thank you Kristy. The only communication that we have received from the facility was a certified letter asking if we wanted them to hold my father's bed to which we politely replied no. I can only assume that they were hoping we would say yes, so that they could begin to charge us a daily co-pay as we had already received a statement for the co-pay when his insurance stopped covering at 100% on 9/30/2020 after he had only been in the facility for a few days. Do not let the other reviews on Google mislead you. Had I not demanded my father's transfer to the hospital it is very possible that my father would not be here today.

More than you would ever expect in health care.
This place is the most terrible nursing home I have put my grandma in. She was there for about a month and the nurses didn t turn her or clean her properly and she was left with one of the worst bed sores a person could have. I would recommend never sending any of your family members to this nursing home. They are awful.
