Roberto and his team were exceptional. Roberto is very professional, patient and honest. He helped us find the best vehicle for our needs. His approach was very relaxed. THEY HAVE AN F on the Better Business Bureau website for a reason! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! If I could give less then 1 star, I would. I saw most of the positive reviews and negative reviews and decided that it was worth a shot. However, I had a similar experience as another reviewer where their online price was listed as a lower amount than in person. The salesperson and even their manager was completely unprofessional and raised their voices at me and repeatedly lied about the car. We had previously seen the car and had been told the online price was the out the door price before taxes. However, once we returned a few days later to look at the car, they began by saying someone was already about the purchase the car and had taken it for a test drive, but we could still test drive it. Once we were in the car, we checked the engine and it was ice cold, so it clear that was a lie. Afterwards when asked about the out the door price and how long the car had been on the lot they lied once more quoting the car at the online price and not the one with their required "protection package" that added an additional $4000 to the online price. They also repeatedly tried to run my credit even though I already told them I would not need to finance this car. They would not allow me to continue trying to purchase this car without all of my personal information for a credit check. They also stated that the car had only been there for 2 weeks even though the CarFax said it had been there for 45 days. The manager also continued to back up these lies. When called out on these obvious lies, they began to get confrontational and raise their voices. Once I chose to walk away, I saw these two individuals begin laughing and fist bumping each other. This was completely unacceptable. As I drove out of the lot, I saw that they put their own people in the car to "test drive it" to try and make it look like someone else was going to purchase the car. I cannot believe the tactics these people were trying to use to sell their cars. I dealt with two employees, Andrew and Jamie, but I highly doubt that anyone working here would provide you with quality service. They seem to only want to "play games" and see how much money you're willing to shell out for their cars.
Ed was a wonderful sales person. I was set on which car i was interested on purchasing, he asked what was my monthly payment budget and he worked with me. I am now a proud driver of a Camry. 5/5 stars. Ask for Ed, he will help you with your monthly payment budget!
FALSE ADVERTISING! It took me more than two hours to get to this place after seeing their website about the cars that they had. I stopped by 5/23/2021 and apparently their website is a few days late and the prices listed are not at all the prices reflected in person. I saw 4 cars I liked online and only 1 was available in person which for the weekend I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I saw a Honda 2015 that was posted online for $13,896 and brought down to $12,987 but when I was there the salesman said it was $16,900, I still took the car for a test drive. I mentioned the prices on their website and he simply said "Oh, those aren't the prices" and I asked why and he said "yeah, this is the real price" with no other explanation. I asked so this is the out the door price and he said "No, this is what the car starts off as there are still fees and taxes" I asked to get a quote to better understand where this number was coming from and he said he would need to run my credit to do that. I at this point was really upset because that is simply not true, the quote would have simply let me know where this price was coming from since there was a different price listed online. I have a 730 credit score and have worked hard to get it there and having every dealer I go to while on the search for a car run my credit would be ridiculous especially if I haven't even agreed on the price yet. I asked if he could still give me a quote to better understand where these numbers are coming from and he said no. I wonder if i was a different race if this man would have handled the situation differently as I am a woman of color. I have saved for a more than decent down payment and was ready to purchase this car but the customer service was just completely horrible to even consider doing business with them. I took a walk and gathered myself and called the sales department to ask if this is normal and was told that I should've received a quote and explained that every used car does come with a $3,000 added addendum and this should've been explained to myself so for that I appreciate the information but was also told that if I read closely in the small print it does say that prices are subject to change. Perhaps my experience was unique because of the salesman but at the very least they should educate their staff on some customer service first.
The process was very quick as I was already set on a car so I just wanted to test drive it and then we got to negotiating. Andrew was my salesperson and he was very helpful, did not pressure me and was really sweet, I would recommend him if you re a first time buyer! There was a mix up in the pricing and finance at first which made me nervous, but when I went back they fixed it and even gave me a better APR rate than my credit union. They honored the online price and we were able to negotiate on their $1995 protection fee that they add to all cars. For financing I would suggest going with Anthony as he s very helpful and straightforward.
Willie Lucero was an excellent person to work with. We found our favorite car promptly. He went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend him if you need to buy or lease a car from Elmore Toyota.
Hi there, despite the haters I personally can say based on my very particular experience that the personnel is highly trained and super respectful. Is the third time I had come to this particular auto dealer to buy and few more times to check prices and do my research. My first two buys was amazing and this last one thh hi is guy William Hispanic seller was patient, cooperative and super knowledgeable of his job. I know I have plenty on my plate at the moment but for sure I ll look for this guy one more time if I was about to get another vehicle. Two thumbs.
Really appreciate when there are uncles Henry and Michael. They work so hard as they serve their customers. I don't like to negotiate the payment, but they come to serve my need as they understand how hard I was fighting during education life with pandemic. As I planned to buy a Toyota Rav4 brand new, Henry gave so much advice for worth buying. Michael, a manager, gave good deals that I can afford to take and keep the car with me. Richard (not sure his name) had a good patience to do paperwork. When I decided to buy a car and make a down payment, they had a good tradition for every buying customer. They asked surrounding people to get attention and asked me to ring a bell at the front door to congratulate myself to own a car. It was a good experience as once in my life. Even though my friends have their own car, I would recommend to visit and buy a new car here. Thanks again for their hard work that I have my own car without a concern recently.
