6 hours to help a friend get a car that was prenegoitiated. Still had to correct the finance guy. Car was supposedly washed twice and still extremely dirty. When mentioning it, it would take yet another 45 minutes to wash it. Friend got it home and had some surprising trash in the tire well. Check your purchase closely in all nooks and crannies as this find could have resulted in home being in a lot of trouble. Probably because he bought a used car. This would not have happened when I sold cars.
We agree on a price over email/phone so I tell them that I will go to the dealership the next day. I asked them if they want a deposit and the manager says he will call back in few minutes. Never get a call back and the next day, I call them just before I leave, only to find out they sold the car to someone else.
Then the sales rep has the nerve to email me if I would be interested in any other vehicles....
Went on a Saturday with my fiance to buy a car, been searching all day at different car dealerships. Ended at Glendale Nissan, to look for a Nissan Rouge, which we did purchase, 2020 Nissan Rouge in black.
Instantly, my thought process was, "I am serious about buying a car, so if I don't get the service or the dealership does not meet my expecations, I AM OUT"
DANNY greeted us instantly, & met that criteria. He was VERY friendly, had a tone in voice like he really cared, & he wanted to do business with us. THAT IS WHAT I CALL GUEST SERVICES. He was on top of it and quit anything he was doing to present with us and help us with any questions.
He then introduced us to BRANDON, who helped us with the rest of our visit. I came in wheels turning with my demeaner, straight up questions, no time for play talk, it was business mode turned on. Brandon held up those expectations with us and never disappointed. He had all the answers to the questions, he gave great advice and was very transparent with us. HE WAS the one who made the whole experience a 10 out of 10.
He got us an SUV, he brought out RENE who gave us the good news that we got accepted for a loan, then it was such a relief. Rene was great with his words and made us feel special. Which I assume he does for everyone, because he really sounded like he enjoys his job.
At the end of this whole experience we ended with FRANK, who did all the paperwork and signing. FRANK is the heart of this whole business! He stayed with us past his time he was suppose to head home, which we appreciate so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and that we had all the final information. Frank was amazing, he was very kind & he kept up with our joking, at such a late time at night. Thank you Frank for everything that you do!
Overall, Nissan has not disappointed us. Downtown location was very friendly, & Glendale was straight to the point of business. Both were amazing and we can't thank you all enough.
So if you are looking to buy a new or used car, NISSAN of Glendale, is the place to go.!
I ended up getting an oil change and filter change along with a tire rotation and a break fluid flush for $330. That seems a bit expensive for me but it is a dealership. What creep me out was that the dealership called my sister-in-law to remind me that I had an appointment. I never gave them my sister-in-law s number. I found that completely strange. I made the appointment online so when my sister-in-law got a phone call I thought I had been hacked. I told the people at the dealership when I got there but they didn t give me a reasonable explanation as to why this happened.
