Since then I have managed to register the legal POA documents with the NHS, First Direct, The Halifax banking group, Thames Water, EE, Scottish Widows and have been able to close her accounts, move money etc....

Zopa taken away the safeguard insurance but did not really raise the rates. As a result of this l am running down my investment. Zopa charge 1% plus market value adjustment fees.
Other large p2p do not always charge to withdraw also have insurance and a safeguard fund to cover losses.
