The standard has dropped drastically and it's very costly. It's taking longer to get your shipment.

Terrible experience with the shipping time. The rates are very high compared to Tropical and plus the delivery service was non existent for the past three weeks,in which I had to collect my packages at Trincity, futher more during that time I got numerous messages of shipment delayed on most of my packages. I'm a customer with the company for the last 3 years and I could tell their customer service has deteriorated. Could someone in the company say how long it usually takes for a package to arrive in Trinidad after it was received in Miami? The reason being I saw on a email received from your company it will take four days to arrive in Trinidad.

Good customers service, although in my opinion the call Centre should be toll free, they are a bit expensive also....

The location is great. The layout is good. The line to the counter can go quite quickly if you have the right cashier ....or sometimes if there were more cashiers.

Quick service. Sink to wash your hands. Friendly staff. Hardly any issues with system.

Rates Too high .. I have order a sport card on online it weight 0.5 oz and they charge me 57.00. I order a mixer 12 pounds $770.00.. Before when i used to use tropical express i use to get better rates.

Packages are always on time, service is fair, HOWEVER, the prices are now RIDICULOUS! We ordered a Two pack Avent SIPPY CUP set and we were charged $109. Really?

Their services are excellent however, rates are climbing. I was charged $1200 to clear an iPhone in February . Some extremely light items are placed in big boxes and stuffed to increase weight and charges

Very dishonest company was a good company but have become just like any other greddy trini company.imagine I have a business account with them like many others. All business packages got bonded by customs they people issue us a bill for their shipping charge and then informs us that we have to clear our package on our own so I would have to pay a broker 300 plus tt to clear a 109 ttd item and Web source is OK with this and losing a busssiness client. Sorry Web source but your ethics are horrible you rather lose a client than doing the honest thing

Worst most unreliable courier I've had. Waiting since before Christmas and sending emails. Expensive should mean good service but it's ridiculous.

There services that they offer are excellent. There customer service is also excellent

Websouce is the worst when it comes to delivery there clam they call you have you thinking you missed there call when you have been calling them everyday asking when is delivery ..... the inconvenience now haveing to hire a car to go an get the package of 32 pounds . The one reason of joining was for delivery an that one thing they failed on ..... no star if that was possible

I would have given them 4 stars, but I but when you CA it's almost impossible to talk to anyone. But when you interact with anyone of their employees you get really good customer service. When I got there, the driver wasn't back with my package as yet and the CSR gave me the drivers work number and he said he would meet me whereever I was. Couldn't be happier with their service, they just need to pick up the phone. Also, their facility is one of high quality, clean, looks good and looks secure. I would definitely recommend them.

My items came very quickly (vivid 19 hiccups) collect was fast.

This is the most efficient, customer-oriented business in Trinidad and Tobago in my opinion. They are a model of excellence that many more organizations should follow.
Their skybox services are timely and cost effective. I've never had a problem here in over 3 years.

When I first started they were very helpful. Did not have an issue in the beginning. However they may have become a bit swell headed and out less effort in customer satisfaction since they are/were #1. Closing my account this week and moving to tropical express.
