Every staff member was polite, courteous, knowledgable, skilled, and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Answered all my questions and took proper care of my vehicle. Technician even took the time to wipe a small smudge of oil that had gotten on my hood. Highly recommend this location.

they didnt honor the coupon they advertise online, i talked to the manger but he didnt care i had no other choice, i had to pay the full amount, never going here again and i will not refer anyone to this location.

Usually pretty quick and my goto location when I'm in the area and need basic maintenance done to my vehicle. Prices are reasonable for the most part, though the air filters are a bit of a rip off most times.

The guys were professional and courteous from start to finish. Couldn't of asked for better service. A+

A little pricey and it appears that the employees are required to try to sell you something more than what you came in for (and probably dont really need) every time you visit. Wait times can be a little long too, I have had better luck with wait times at Binghamton location.

Lost a star because of a long wait and commensurate lack of value. I've had faster service and lower cost with a "no-appointment-wait-for" at the dealership.
Lost another for the endless, formulaic upsell routine. I was explicit at the start noting the required service and desire for a quick turnaround. Not ever going to get back that time ...

I had my oil changed. No wait time. Which is awesome. All the guys were very professional and courteous.

They were almost fast but i asked for ONLY an oil change, but they took the time to change oil, check lights, check tires, check filters...the instant oil change took way to long. They didn't even drain my old oil. nobody went under my car, they just sucked it out of where they pour it in. Not worth the over $34 bill

I got wiper blades and there garbage from Valvoline they won't replace them

We get all our oil changes and car repairs done here...little high with prices but you are paying for the convenience of being able to drive in and get things taken care of now

If you need an oil change or anything that valvoline offers, I d recommend going to another shop, I stopped in at the Upper front street valvoline, and got a standard oil change, then less than 1000 miles later my car had 0 oil and part of my engine pierced my oil pan, we brought it up to the store manager because they were the only people to touch my engine, and they came and poured oil in and it went straight through and now sits out in front of my house, and when we called corporate they refused to help and told us to pay a garage to tell them it was their fault, I m done playing games with them, and I m not the first or last person this same store has done this to, just warning everyone.

Fast, easy, friendly. Got an oil change, and they checked a lightbulb that was out, would have changed it but it was the wiring. They suggested I download the app for a coupon, and combined it with the one on the website.

Best service I've ever had, even though they offer you lots of thing to change but it's up to you to decide. I'd definitely come back

Been bringing a Ram 2500 diesel here for years without a problem. Took my wife s VW here on February 19. They now use an electric impact wrench to remove the oil drain plug. Might be fine, except when they tighten the bolt to remove it, and continue to try to remove it. They stripped the threads. Of course they didn t do it. This car leaked no oil when it went there. It leaked over a quart on a180 mile trip, and leaking half a quart commuting 4 miles a day in the last 4 days. But it s not their fault. To fix it, the engine has to be removed and the oil pan replaced - $1100 to start on a car with 18,000 miles. Using putty to fix it is not acceptable for a car that had only one other oil change. Not the same place it was. These employees are irresponsible and very poorly trained. Go to Vestal instead. There is no need for power tools for this job. The driveway is a mess, the VW dealer is shaking his head, and I m angry.

This place is the best they dnt look at you cause of your skin color or what you drive they take care of your car like its there own going here all the time now

They did a great job they helped me save with a code, they got the job done in 12 minutes and the fill all my tires with air I was in and out. Had many upgrades available in addition to just the oil change. 10/10 will go back

A little pricey but is justified because it's an instant change, no appointment needed. Always annoying because I'm always told I need an air or cabin filter or some other item or upgrade. But, I just say no thanks and they don't bother you after that.

GREAT service. I had an axle go bad. The way it went bad had me thinking it was the transmission. I never had an axle go bad like that before. I thought they might have made a mistake. They worked with me to prove they did GREAT as I was hopeing. Much LOVE to VALVOLINE and their TEAM! I WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Come here everytime I need oil changed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I didn't know but there was a free $10 off coupon online. The guy I spoke with told me to just type in a link and bam. 10 bucks off. Fast and great service

Service might be a little slow depending on who's doing that and getting whatever done but for the most part it wasn't a hassle of a wait. The staff was very pleasant, answered any questions I had and the prices were better than any other place I have tried.

This place is AMAZING! The staff is really professional and respectful! They do their job well and take their jobs seriously. Highly reccommended to,take your car here!

Absolutely unimpressed with the quality of the work done here.
Went in for a simple oil change, before heading out of state.
They told me my transmission had to be serviced soon (Which it just had been) and checked a few other things without too much issue, or so I thought. Upon leaving the location I noticed my tire pressure (which they claimed to have set at 32psi for me) ranged from 28-34 psi each tire being different. Whatever, no biggie, they dont know how to read a tire pressure gauge, what can you expect from a shop like this. Then I noticed my plastic splash guard was broken and dragging along the ground, because in their attempt to remove it to change the oil filter from the pit (The oil filter is best changed from the top so you dont have to remove the guard, and is easily done) they attempted to repair it with two small zip ties and said nothing to me about it, so I didnt find out until it started dragging on the ground on the highway. To top it off, one of the guys in there was staring down my girlfriend in the passenger seat while asking his boss (very loudly so that she could hear) what the policy was on asking out customers. This is a completely unprofessional shop, I left with more problems than I started with, which is completely unacceptable. I'll never use Valvoline again even in a pinch, and stick with my regular mechanic.

Had a longer wait than expected as it was very busy. Was there for only an oil change and they also check fluids and tire pressure. Price with a coupon was a bit higher than other offers, but the great service makes up for it. Next time I'll try to get there when it's less busy.

There was some communication breakdown when I approached the bay one guy told me to come on in and the other one said stop......the service was ok?

Very fast in and out! Exceptionally pleasant staff. Typical of the industry, they always work the up-sell, and prices are higher than I prefer, but I'm never told they don't have time to do an oil change (like across the street) .

Very convenient service, staff is very friendly and efficient. Probably could get a cheaper oil change elsewhere, but not while I sit in my car catching up on some phone calls and paperwork! I never go on a trip without stopping here to check my tires for proper inflation, and a once-over for safety. Thanks!

I always enjoy getting my old Jeep serviced at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Front Street. They've never lied to me, never pressured me, and instead, have always helped me cheerfully, even when I show up with a windshield wiper that fell off in a snow storm. I'm disabled and cannot reinstall it. They did it without problem and without charge.
Only one complaint...that is driving the savings by texts. I don't have a text-capable phone. Please stop pushing that.

After visiting this branch my car was damaged with $1700 worth of damage. The manager said someone must have backed into me, but the way the mark is that is highly unlikely. He also claimed he looked at the DVR and did not see anything , but did not show me the footage.

Made a complete mess under the hood, with transmission fluid. Leaving residue and oily finger prints on the bumper, hood etc. Friendly but inefficient as well as inexperienced. Would not return.

The price was so ridiculous I drove away when I heard it. Yikes and wow. If you are willing to pay a lot for convienence then this place might be for you. I went down the road and got it done a lot cheaper though.

Never going back. 3 year customer. Stripped my oil pan screw. $1000 fix at the dealer.
