Lost a star because of a long wait and commensurat...

Lost a star because of a long wait and commensurate lack of value. I've had faster service and lower cost with a "no-appointment-wait-for" at the dealership.
Lost another for the endless, formulaic upsell routine. I was explicit at the start noting the required service and desire for a quick turnaround. Not ever going to get back that time ...
