Quick send easy. The attendant was professional, efficient, and covid19 conscientious. Recommended manufacturer's required oil, etc., but gave me the choice of what to buy. Asked me about tire rotation. When I agreed, he checked them and then told me to wait, the tread was even. I will be back in 3000 miles.
Don't let idiot kids making $9.75/hour (way too much imo) work on your car. Have a 2017 with 11,000 miles needed yearly inspection clearly nothing wrong with it as it's under warranty figured this place would be super quick..... Big mistake, after waiting 45 minutes I finally find out they stripped my wheel stud off! Why they would even need to remove a wheel to check brakes on an 11k mile car is beyond me. Since they don't employ actual mechanics they made me go to another shop to have it repaired, come to find out they don't have the stud and I'll have to wait till Monday..... So now my wife and kids are driving on 4 lug nuts on my brand new vehicle because of these stupid oil jockies that don't have a clue how to use a socket wrench! Don't go to this place ever! Just remember these people know nothing more about vehicles than you do they just happen to be trained how to drain oil in a tub. After all this inconvenience these people had the audacity to still charge me for the inspection!
****Edit*** day 4 now this problem still has not been made right, my wife is still driving on 4 lug nuts! Very angry customer looking to take further action.
Make sure to save a screen shot of your coupon before going because I found a coupon on their website before going for 19.99 for an oil change but once I arrived minutes later the coupon was gone and a less off coupon was in its place. After leaving the 19.99 coupon was back on their website. They show you a great coupon to get you in the door but once you are there the coupon is gone.
Always a quick pleasant experience. Knowledgable friendly staff. Make getting your oil changed a pleasant experience.

Valvoline is excellent! Fast, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate the multiple things that are checked and serviced every time I go. If something needs to be fixed/replaced (like a tail light and new air filter during my last visit) they let me know and don't pressure me about it; however, I had them replace both items. While it may cost a little extra than just getting only the oil changed I consider it inexpensive for all the things they do when they service my car. My mechanic has charged me a lot more for comparable service. Lastly, each oil change has taken about 15 minutes and I simply sit in the car during that time, compared to having to drop my car off at my local mechanic's shop for the entire day. I first had Valvoline change my oil about 1.5 years ago and will always go back. Obviously, I have nothing but good things to say.
The manager is a wonderful person to deal with. The guys are fast in their work. They explain you everything in detail and give their honest opinion and don't push sell you any product. They do check your car indicators, lights, tyre pressure etc free of charge.

I love coming here because I don't have anyplace to change my own oil or anything.
