Naughty, completely overburdened and pejorative to the people. Staff of the accounting department was failing and when he did not know what else to do, I was diverted to another department with the very "friendly" words: If you do not understand it, I'll guide you here and there.
Two stars, because at least by the second colleague the problem could finally be clarified

I pay each invoice within the appropriate deadline, have a regular income and a score of over 97%. Nevertheless, SCHUFA claimed to a contracting party that my credit rating was insufficient. Obviously, SCHUFA's own confused system is no longer understood. Here, the citizens are wrongly denied the credit rating. With corresponding partly serious consequences for those affected. This mendacious and dubious shop belongs closed and demolished.

I can only advise everyone to contact a lawyer in such a case, to have SCHUFA contacted and, if necessary, to sue.

P.S. A change of residence, several mobile phone contracts and several current accounts lead to a sinking credit rating. Anyone who pays a mobile phone contract, has a SIM in their car and another SIM in their tablet is disadvantaged. And you can not change your place of residence too often. So it's better to sit at home instead of working, instead of moving away. And it is best to do securities transactions with your house bank, even if it has totally bad conditions. Just do not open an account and deposit with a broker ...

Incredible that a German company in times of the GDPR can collect, resell and use against them any data about all citizens without hindrance.
A state stop urgently needs to be put in place for this criminality.
Complement:
What is new is that SCHUFA would like to get involved in the electricity business in the future and then want to blacken customers who regularly change their electricity provider. Citizens are then not only denied cheap loans, but also cheap electricity tariffs. Thanks a lot for this !

Time to turn to the federal government during these times of crisis. The Schufa should be abolished or completely renovated. The lack of transparency in score calculation is no longer appropriate. Nowadays you go along with the job in order to change your job positively. At the same time, the score then goes down. Consistency is out of date today. Changes are the norm. Always to the detriment of the customer. If you move you may not even be able to finance furniture ..... So much has now been adapted in the country. The Schufa is coming next.

Rip off! The personal Schufa you get for free on meineschufa.de .. Although takes about 6 weeks to obtain, but as long as it took the holding schufa AG also .. only with the difference that the holding schufa ag 30 euro for the information calls!

Dont use the schufa service from holding ag! u can get a free schufa from myschufa.de only takes 6 weeks. if it is using schufa AG it wants to take the same time and much more trouble .. the difference is holding schufa ag wants 30 euro for this "service"

First of all, the shop is actually called Schufak. The online site is set up in such a way that you can't just click on the normal information, but instead get ridiculous Schufa subscriptions and premium accounts. It is a private institution that collects information about private people with a point system that does not have to be disclosed to anyone, Schufak is not controlled by anyone. They have already declared people dead several times who are still alive ... that something like this is still tolerated in today's society is unbelievable!

Apparently fall into an Abofalle .. Each month about 4 euros deducted for allegedly free information, terminations by registered mail are ignored, and the phone call with the Schufa "Soein large companies like the Schufa has no need to ignore their terminations", apparently yes .. Just plain brash and unfriendly.

I'm lost for words.
The information to which they are legally obliged lasts three weeks.
The one for which you have to pay 30 is probably already there after a few days.
If that is no service!

Totally dubious! In times of the GDPR, such a company is not allowed. You only get limited information about stored data and if these are incorrect, no changes are made! Anyone who believes that data protection protects their data also believes that a lemon butterfly folds lemons! I always take the direct route through the Federal Data Protection Officer. Because the storage of the data is also a violation of the GDPR in many areas. How the score is "calculated" also remains a secret. Anyone who has secrets and stores data cannot be serious!

It makes it unnecessarily difficult for citizens to get the free Schufa information. The online area is deliberately complicated, so that a user with average computer skills has no chance to fill out the form completely and submit the necessary data. Outrageously brazen and deliberately so constructed. The fact that it is even allowed to bully other people who are forced to obtain Schufa information is simply not understandable and base.

Caution Criminal! Do not use meineschufa.de !! It is a one-year contract underlined TROTZ direct termination !!!!!

I was sent a notice of termination by SMS and claimed afterwards, this termination was based on an old account. To my great surprise, because I have the notice of my 30 days free access caused and had no old account. Legal action has been initiated.

I could cry, because this association is the essence of so much that is bad and unjust and the proof that you can make wonderful money with it. My deepest wish is that the people who work there on the lower floors will one day find respectable jobs. The mental decline is probably too advanced for all higher-level employees.

I definitely have to contradict the negative reviews here. I am still a complete beginner on the topic of Schufa and recently received my first self-assessment. Some questions arose and I contacted Schufa over the phone. The colleagues on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful and answered all questions in detail and really well down to the last detail. That's why I give it 5 stars, excellent service!

A bit ridiculous that you get in the digital age for its just 30 only a Schufa information by mail and no additional PDF or directly a link to download ... In real estate scout you can download for the same money only a scaled-down version as a pdf has but again no document by mail. How about 29.95 with a version by post & pdf, dear Schufa?
