When I took my father to the emergency room (who was shaking uncontrollably)
the guy working there, had the wheel chair waiting for my father inside to come to him insteed of rolling the wheelchair outside to my dad (again, we are at the emergency room & my dad is trying to walk, shaking uncontrollably)!! Then the man proceeded not to say a word to us. He just rolled my dad into a room. I finally yelled at him to do something or say something of what he is doing for my father!!! Horrible customer service!!
