My sister was in there for the 2nd time in the last 4days. She is paralyzed from the waist down and her leg is so swelled up! She just arrived home, her leg is so swelled up! I am so very disappointed in this hospital because she really needed admitted. She has a bedsore on her backside that she said they didn't even look at tonight? I'm so upset and calling everywhere tomorrow morning to complain!!

I scheduled a doctors appointment with my PCP about 2 weeks in advanced. the day before my appt they called me and told me the practitioner would actually be working a different office an hour away. so i could either drive an hour away to some town ive never heard of, or punch sand. ridiculous. isnt the purpose of a hospital to care for their patients?

Was told by a very unprofessional doctor that I had anxiety and after multiple trips to the doctor found out I had a medical condition, this doctor refused to do blood on me or any other tests. Felt very mistreated and he sent me home with no help whatsoever.

Horrible emergency room can t figure out what to do, very fragmented uncoordinated care. It s my third time here for pain they are finally figuring out what s wrong with me. Still have no solution, seen 3 doctors over 13 hours everyone comes in here saying different things. I m in pain they keep trying to send me home at this point going to Pittsburgh.

The doctor was really amazing.

The doctor was really amazing.
My daughter had been treated for a broken sternum earlier in the day at Conamaugh in Johnstown after a car accident and they prescribed Tylenol for the pain, she is 11 years old.
The ER doctor knew right away why she was having trouble breathing, it hurt too much to inhale, and had her breathing comfortably within a half hour.
Both nurses were also excellent.
Not a problem when they gave her an IV, their demeanor was a real asset.

Others seem to want to complain, but my experience the ER staff had my daughter comfortable within an hour and prescribed the proper medication.
A week later and she is doing much better, if I had followed the advice of the hospital in Johnstown, she would be suffering terribly still.

The only bad thing I can say is about the people with sniffles and coughs clogging up the ER.
We had to wait while "sick" adults took up seats yet somehow found the energy to text, walk outside to smoke, etc...
The poor things...
They must be some of the people complaining here below my post, adults with no pain tolerance that cannot wait til the morning to see their family doctor over a stubbed toe or itchy wart.

Almost killed me several times. Even if you're in terrible pain and they know you are in pain and you are admitted they let yu suffer. Im in right now with a kidney stone and I am in horrible pain and they are giving me tylenol. You press the nurse call button for nausea medication and it took them over an hour to see what I wanted and another half hour for me to actually get it. I was misdiagnosed 3x while here in the oast 3 days. Being discharged and they still have no idea wjat it wrong with me. Planning on going to a hospital in pittsburgh as soon as im discharged. I dont want to die.

Dr Pillai saved my dad's life. My father was directly admitted to the hospital from the doctor's office (Dr Lamantia). They got him admitted very quickly. Within 12 hrs he was diagnosed and through the cath lab, on his way to Butler Hospital where he had a triple bypass, with carotid artery surgery. If it wasn't for the care he received at IRMC, I would not have a father today.

Maybe they should read these reviews . the head of Dr has a god complex the staff admits it and still do nothing he wanted to cut me open cause he could .... I didn't do it and am fine go figure. Even tried to make an appointment with the CEO and guess what that never happened maybe I should tell him I want to donate bet he sees me then. What a joke .. Waiting on my dark alley .

My wife and I went in today for blood work. She pre-registered us and told them I could not wear a mask, they said this was not a problem. We arrived at 6:45am and could not find any open entrances, even at the emergency room. 2 women arrived at the emergency entrance for their shift and were very polite and helpful doing covid screening and directing us back to the main entrance.at the main entrance we were met by people and security wanting to know my medical condition seeing I can't wear a mask, they work at hospital and have no idea of HIPPA laws. I was denied entry but my wife had her blood work done and the people in the lab could not believe I was denied entry. I guess I will have to wait until this is over to find out if my kidney function and diabetes drugs are ok. I go every 5 months or so for blood work and the lab workers are wonderful employees. They are very professional doing blood draws and very knowledgeable in their jobs. Too bad the people between them and the parking lot are unprofessional. My wife knows Mr Wolf and said she would speak with him about this to which these people said he was in the hospital now, she asked them to please call him to which they promptly blew her off. I guess if something happens to me I will be another fhantom covid death.

I also wouldnt ever again go to this hospital for a cold...every family member i know has a horror story after they have gone to Indiana Regional Medical Center. I knew it was a bad hospital when I was younger say 20 years ago, but after they rebuilt it, I thought it may have gotten better BOY WAS I WRONG!! The nurses I dont even think are licensed, infact I overheard one saying she got called that afternoon from a temp. hiring service to work in a "Hospital" WTF!! how and why. ONLY licensed registered nurses should be allowed in. They dont wear uniform outfits like they should, you ring the nurse button for help and they dont come and get you for atleast 15-30 minutes, you ring that bell it should be INSTANT, what if you fell and got hurt or worse...they dont seem to care. to list other things...my sister broke her arm and the doctor pinned and plated it wrong, they gave my uncle prednisone for years and it made his bones so brittle he died of a broken hip. I wrecked my car in 1998 and they took X-rays of my neck and back and sent me home with a broke c-6 vertebrae in my neck(I should have been paralyzed) my father got cancer and he about died shortly after leaving this hospital, we took him to aother hospital and 7 years later he has no cancer at all...it the worst place to go, Id rather die than go back, atleast id save the pain, when I was admitted to get my appendix out recently, I took my glasses with me, the nurses lost them, told me if they are not found the hospital will buy me a new pair, now I called and they say they didnt say that!!! I agree go to Latrobe hospital, or Allegheny general, any hospital is better than INDIANA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER!!!!

This hospital nursing staff is like putting my mine year old sister in charge of taking Care of patience but I defiantly think she could do a better job then what they did. They missEd my husband lab test all up... They said he was fine and then we take him to a different hospital and why find something going on and have to keep him. This hospital doesn't know it a from a hole in the ground. I wouldn't take anyone here ever it's be in your best interest to go to u p m c easy or Johnstown

Incompetence to the max!! Asking me why I don't have a mask on and I say I have medical conditions, so a nurse proceeds to ask me what my medical condition is in the lobby of the place ... So its quite evident they do not know their HIPPA Laws. The 4 woman who i delt with were rude and had very little knowledge of rights and Laws, sad to see a nurse act that way. All I wanted was help with my condition and these woman proceeded to cackle at me like children , could not answer any of my questions professionally. I will never go there again and I will spread the word!

Took my son to er. The pa was outstanding. Gave us a referral to surgeon and that was when problems started. He was in pain and surgeon can't see him til next week. Will never waste my time with IRMC ever again

Worst hospital around. Was told to wait in the waiting room never was even seen and was given discharge papers saying I had a virus without even being seen!!!!!!! Waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours just to be told this. Now waiting another 2 hours for the discharge papers. So unless you have nothing to do all day except wait in a waiting room id advise you DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! NOT COMING HERE EVER AGAIN UNLESS UNCONSCIOUS!!!

Biggest joke of an establishment imaginable. My girlfriend went several times for an infection that eventually required surgery and was constantly given zero results. Terrible service, incompetent surgeons, and an all around disgrace to medical facilities everywhere. Avoid at all costs

If I could rate at a 0 of 5 I would. I went in for hives and it started to get worse after 3 hours of seeing no one I got a nurse and asked how long and 45 minutes go by and never seen the nurse again. I go out to sign myself out and go to conemaugh and the nurse laughs cause I was irritated. I wouldn t recommend going to IRMC if my life depended on it. They have no urgency about your health. Sad thing is it was 2am with only 5 patients infront of me. After reading everyone s review they don t even deserve having a 2 star review overall. This place is a joke the doctors don t know their self from a hole in the ground. Pathetic excuses for doctors!

Was brought in by ambulance with seizure activity, had went into that was witnessed as a seizure !! It took the doc over a hour to even see me , he had a bad attitude from the time he came in room ! His name is. DR. Biwojno !! Horrible horrible bedside manner ! It took another 30 mins for them to even give me anything ! So I asked what I was getting for the pain and he said nothing , till I told him I needed something and he said ok !! It was another 45 mins for that !!! Meanwhile the nurses and secretary was clueless on how to work the new computer system that just went in (they should of have been trained on that before hand ) so thinking they knew what daily meds i take to make sure what they had gave me through the IV (cocktail mixture )for migraines . No that wasn t the case cause they came in a little later and asked if I had a list of my meds so they could put in computer , I said no didn t you know what I was on before u even gave me anything that may have interacted ???
So this was about 11 that I got to the ER and no bloodwork done , no scans on head !!! Here it was 415-430 and still no bloodwork yet done at all !! doc was in at about 315 andbwas gonna release me till my mother stepped in and then said he would order after my mother had talked to him to tell him exactly what happen ans why I was brought by ambulance. Again had attitude from the doc to me and my mother !!! So by 430 I had enough and told them I was leaving and got attitude by a RN named Becky , have never ever had a nurse with such a attitude and so ignorant to me !!! I have been a nurses aide for 26 years and would have never ever talked to patient the way she did !!!! Neve got results of cat scan !!!
The nurse who was to be my nurse (Amber) was in my room maybe 3 times the whole 6.5 hours I was there!!
When the doc was told I was leaving because nothing was getting done he told the nurse he want even coming back to see me and talk to me and just said then she can just leave !!! By far the worst experience ever given at this hospital !!!!

Absolutely horrible! My hubby was having excruciating tooth pain at 3am got to irmc by 4am, got into the er and were treating so ignorantly by the staff! You would swear we were the biggest pain in the ass to them!! My hubby was having 9/10 pain and was ready to rip his teeth out and they took longer than 30mins to get him anything! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! After tonight we will definitely by looking elsewhere for our medical services!!!

This place is nothing but a band-aid station. The staff employed there ( Nursing, janitorial, clerical, as well as a few of the Drs) are a pack of hill-billys. They spend more time gossiping and laughing in loud voices at the nursing stations then they do caring for their patients. Seriously lacking professionalism. I would not recommend anyone seek treatment in that place.

My father has been in IRMC for two weeks now. I have been really impressed with the attitudes of the nurses, doctors and social workers I've encountered, as well as with the cleanliness and overall condition of the facilities. Everyone to whom I've spoken has been compassionate, and very professional. I suspect a lot of the poor reviews given were penned by individuals suffering from ingrown toenails, and can't understand that real trauma comes first. In my case, my family has found themselves in a very difficult situation, and far from home, and these folks have done everything they could to put us at our ease. Thank you very, very much!

"Service" is slow, staff doesn't care, I and my family have only had horrible experiences here. I was even misdiagnosed/mistreated, and went through a six month battle with them because they refused to acknowledge their mistake.. Anyone who's in the region, go to any other clinic or hospital!!

Told them my wife was a hard stick to try to find a vein because they are hard to see and Dr. Biwojno got an attitude and didn't want to give my wife an IV. Kristy the RN is an AMAZING RN and person who was helping take care of my wife

Wow. Just scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Tried their online scheduling tool. Did not get a response. Called and (of course) got an answering machine. Eventually got a call back. Mentioned the online tool and the person didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Transfers me to the doctors office where the receptionist answers "hello". I had to ask if I got the right office. Then she promptly puts me on hold and it disconnects. Have to start all over again (i.e., leave another phone message). Now waiting for a call back.

Was having extreem pains in back, kneck, and hip. Went in to get checked out. They gave me an xray and told me everything was fine but to take pain killers and muscle relaxants. I didnt bother and went to a chiropracter instead. Found out i had displaced my hip and slipped most of the discs in my back and kneck. If they cant figure something like that out with the equipment they have and a chiropracter could just by touching my back then going to them for anything is a waste of time as they will either misdiagnose or just not care enough to actually take care of you. F**k them.

I usually go to Latrobe but every once in a while I come here and every time I do I instantly regret it. I don't even think the doctor introduced himself. Anyways long story short this hospital needs to reevaluate it's hiring techniques.

Wouldn t recommend this hospital to anyone...was in for road rash on the face and released without even being cleaned after the nurses said would be cleaned. Then, the next day urgent care sent him back over to the ER to be scrubbed and IV for bad infection. I wish they send him to a diff hospital after strike one of not scrubbing the first day. I would rate 0/5 if I could. Very disappointed

Dr Penezic was fantastic, Very dedicated! She and her staff were awesome!! We had our child a little bit past midnight and many of the nurses who were with me the whole day, stayed after there shift was finished to help me deliver my son and get to meet him. We felt our baby was in good hands. Pretty Great experience, the whole Maternity staff is fantastic everyone wants to help, and make sure your stay is comfortable. And you are happy :)

If you want to keep your children (or anyone you love alive) STAY AWAY from this hospital. June, 28th 2012 we took our 10 (now 11) year old daughter to this hospital for horrible headaches (to the point she was screaming) and the Dr had her do a few things like touch her nose, walk heel to toe, hold her arms out and walk a straight line etc....Told us that she had no reason to believe it was a tumor or brain aneurysm and said it was hormonal, take her home, give her Aleve every 12 hrs blah blah blah. I asked her to please do a CT scan because I felt something was very wrong, she told me that they do not like to expose kids to radiation. Well I took her home and 2 days later she had the headache again, took her to Conemaugh Hospital, they did a CT scan right away and found a blood clot the size of an orange on her brain. She was life flighted to Children's hospital where they found a cancerous tumor that was very aggressive. The Dr at Children's actually rolled his eyes when I told him that they would not do a CT scan....He said had we waited much longer she would have slipped into a coma and passed away in her sleep. She is still undergoing treatments for the tumor that the Dr at Indiana Hospital says was not there. When I told my daughters story on their Facebook page it got deleted and I was blocked from commenting. This is a crap hospital and I will never shut my mouth for as long as I live, they can block me from whatever they want but I will continue to tell her story to every single person that will listen to me including the 1,000 followers on her Facebook page and yes most are local.

My husband was in for knee replacement surgery this past week. Never again in this hospital. What the nurses excelled in niceness , they lacked in medical knowledge. It took forever to find a nurse or doctor to answer questions or even tend to my husband's needs. They gave him medication he no longer was taking, and when asked what he was given, the answer was, I don't know. I'll have to ask. They never came back. A Dr. Wong came in to see my husband (barely understood him). When asked what meds he was on, he said he didn't know, but would ask. He never came back. I will never take my husband there to do his second knee. I'm taking him to Pittsburgh. Unbelievable. They were all medically challenged.

I was transported to this hospital because of a swelling ankle after slipping over a mud puddle at the IUP college campus on my way to my math class. Thankfully, the IUP staff called the university police and IRMC crew and took me on the ambulance. This was the very first time I ever needed to go to the hospital due to an injury. Doctors found that my foot was swelling, but they discovered that none of the bones in my foot were broken after experimenting with several x-rays. I am very glass that everyone helped me with my injury along the way.

I would rather have driven an hour to Conemaugh Hospital in Johnstown than go here.

I arrived with a gaping, bleeding wound to my knee that very clearly needed stitches. The PA responsible for my care told a nurse, while standing in the same room as me, that she "didn't have time for this" and would "get to it when she gets to it". I never saw her again. I sat in the waiting area for 4 HOURS (2pm-6pm), bleeding into wads of gauze I had been given, so sure I'd be seen soon.

Eventually, I was taken to an isolation room in the very back where i sat, still bleeding, for ANOTHER HOUR before I was seen. That's NOT before a DIFFERENT PA came in and demanded a urine sample from me. Apparently I, a 20 year old in need of stitches, am easily confusable with a missing 60 year old woman.

Eventually a new PA came in and began the process of sticthing me up. Honestly she was lovely. But halfway through me being stitched up, ANOTHER random PA walks in looking for the old lady and then proceeds to stand and watch my stitches being done while im distressed and crying.

I would rate this place 0/5 If I could. 5 1/2 hours and $1k later, I had 14 stitches and a lot of blood loss to deal with. Teach your doctors to behave with a little bit of human decency and respect, or don't let them practice medicine.

I would sooner bleed out than return to this "hospital".

Emergency Room visit.
I took my 9 month old in with a four day high fever. They took such good care of him. I expected to be there all day because that's what usually happens in ERs but I was only there two hours and he had to have two tests done. The nurses and doctors were kind, patient and definitely knew what they were doing. I can't say enough good things about the staff!!!
My room was clean and I heard the room next to me getting a scrub down between patience. Check in and check out were quick and easy with some great staff. Thank you for helping this very worried mother.

My son is currently attending IUP, he was experiencing tingling and numbness in his arms and fingers for a couple of days. He went to the campus nurse who in turn referred him to the emergency to be seen right away. We have insurance so my son went to this dreadful place. They were so focused on testing him for drugs they NEVER took his temperature or inquired about his heart issues. All test come back CLEAN and they send him on his way - I AM LIVID! They sent him away with stroke-like symptoms instead of keeping him for observation. Are you kidding me?! I had a TIA in January so the family history was there. My test too all GOOD BUT they kept me. It's standard procedures when you have STROKE like symptoms how do you not KNOW THIS! I called and was transferred to a Patty who tried to belittle me by talking down to me like I was a child because I questioned why certain procedures that ALL hospitals do (check vitals) was not rendered. I have every right to ask questions because if something happens with my child I will OWN Indiana Regional Med Ctr. When I told her not to talk to me like a child she hung up on me - how rude! Patty should not be working in an establishment such as this. After reading all the other comments, I now KNOW our situation was NOT an isolated occurrence. They treat everyone badly here. I cannot believe this is a Health Center - JUST WOW! Well, I just got started and will be writing to every stakeholder, media outlet and hirer authority to have this place investigated for their awful services. WARNING... Do NOT send your away from home college children to this awful place if they are sick. They are the WORST at customer care and I can assure you many HIPPA Laws have been violated. Dr. McKissick

The doctors were ok. Same as any other hospital. But the way they cram patients into rooms with conflicting illnesses is awful. Id never recommend being admitted into this hospital unless u don't care about having peace and quiet for healing. Terrible experience.

ER rating is poor. They don't take people as they come in. When urgicare care closed, they took those patients ahead of the ones waiting to be seen. Then they finally get you into a room, and forget about you. There is no reason for this long of a wait, other than to make you wait. ER staff sets at their desk and they don't take care of patients.

Compared to BHS this is another really bad hospital that's needs to be overhauled to someone who knows how to run a hospital. My finances grandfather was admitted some days ago, to where they didnt feed him for 2 days until someone had to call them and set things right. After his surgery they released him prematurely to which he became septic yet again and now covid positive are not letting him stay at the hospital. He wasnt covid positive going in the hospital but now that he is I feel there are letting him go home without proper care. We have tried to ask about his infection and nobody has stated otherwise other than hes covid positive. This is just wrong people on way to many levels.

If I could score the administration and policies o...

If I could score the administration and policies of IRMC a zero that would be my preference.

On 2/5/19, I had an outpatient procedure at IRMC. Due to the hospital policy I was expected to pay a portion of what they estimated the cost to be. Even though I have wonderful insurance I was told if I didn t prepay my procedure would not be scheduled. I find this policy to be ridiculous, but again wanted my trusted doctor to operate so I moved forward.
I asked the billing department to explain the charges but they could not. I blindly paid the amount of $341 on 1/23/19 and was provided a credit card receipt via mail. It showed the total and date processed but
that was all. I used my health care spending account to cover this cost. Because this was not something they could verify I need a detailed receipt so my card was not suspended. I tried on 3 different occasions to obtain this receipt and was not successful. I received another copy of the payment receipt once, another time, I was told my information had not yet processed, and the third was told it would be mailed out. This was on February 22. I finally received that receipt (which was the wrong document) on March 11.
I requested it be faxed to me but due to HIPAA was told this was not an option. Since this is my own personal information I was unclear as to the HIPAA violation especially when in the process of getting pre-registered I received 4 phone calls. Each time I was given information for a man that
was not my husband, down to the address and cell number. I corrected this the first time it was reviewed with me in error and had to do so 3 more times. I again updated this in person while onsite for a pre-op requirement and overheard the staff talking about how that was the tenth time that day there was a mix-up with someone s personal information. I understand there is a new computer system in place, but as a consumer, I have a simple ask. I made a payment for a service and should receive a detailed receipt. I don t think that is asking too much. The other concern is the personal information. It was troubling that it took so many attempts to have my emergency contact updated.

My last attempt was calling the office of Steve Wolfe, the CEO of IRMC. I worked with his assistant Cindy, who was great. She was able in 2 days to provide me with a receipt that my health care spending account would accept. However, it should not take so much effort. Also, I have yet to
receive a breakdown of how the $341 payment was divided. I am now receiving bills from the hospital from various departments. It is confusing to know if I am overpaying when I have never received a detailed account of how the money was dispersed.

While I had a very simple procedure and am irritated and frustrated with the number of attempts it has taken me to accomplish a very simple request, I can only imagine how this process could impact
someone with a serious medical condition that maybe doesn t have the health or stamina to continue to follow up with numerous requests.

It's no wonder that health providers, doctors and nurses, are choosing to leave this facility. Long gone are the days where someones well-being outweighed the cost of doing business especially at IRMC where if you can't pay a portion of the cost upfront without any detailed billing or statement then your procedure does not occur.

I am outraged at the administration portion of this facility. The fact that this policy of prepayment is even in place is ludicrous. IRMC should focus on compensating their health care workers (doctors and nurses) more than the administration. I will tell you that the only reason I ever considered using IRMC was due to the great people that were going to care for me. I did have exceptional care from each doctor and nurse that cared for me that day.

My reason for providing this review is in hopes the hospital would reconsider the prepayment policy for those who have insurance coverage. Due to the administrative policies and requirements, I would not recommend this facility.

Terrible terrible service. Tons of staff waking around, gossiping, goofing off, ignoring call buttons, basically doing everything except for their jobs.

My mother was recently on the cardiac floor. All of her doctors, nurses and aides were always so pleasant. The doctors and nurses answered all of our questions with knowledge, professionalism and kindness. Melissa Duncan from the Cardio group is the sweetest. We would definitely recommend this facility.

My father went in for PCP-ordered blood work last week. The nurses said he did not look good (pale and flushed) and took him -out- to his car in a wheelchair. My dad never uses walking assistance. Fast forward 6 hours later, he's in the ICU. Had we not pressured him to go back that night and to the ER, he'd possibly be dead right now. He still hasn't been discharged, but anyone working in that hospital who is doing lab work or any tests and sees a patient who doesn't look and/or function normally should recommend immediate medical attention. Duh! My father has been pleased with his doctor since being admitted, so for that I'm giving an extra star.

Do not have your baby here! Social worker will make it hell on you, and will report "signs of abuse" even if the mother and father of the child are perfectly healthy, and happy. They made us stay at the hospital for almost five days telling us they had to administer a "cord test" for signs of drug use in the umbilical cord. Around the fourth day we found out that they didn't even start the test yet! They also expect you to take care of yourself, and every time that we got our son from the nursery he was screaming bloody murder, and nothing would calm him down even after a bottle and a new diaper. For your sake, and your child's PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY HERE!!!

Nurses in the er are very unprofessional, and dont take care of the patient kindly. I was in 10 out of 10 pain, unbearable, They literally jabbed my arm with the iv, twice, right arm, it messed up my entire arm for a few days, left massive bruises, and couldn't even lay down on my right side. They discharged me not even knowing what was going on, that's great innit? Being discharged and not knowing the reason to what could be going on. Don't ever go to Indiana regional hospital If you're looking for assuring help, it's not there.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. The emergency room staff were great however on the cardiac floor #7 doctors were terrible, tho there were some good nurses. Nurse Mary was wonderful..Dr Lisa was terrible. She just met me and accused me of being an addict going through withdrawl. I truely just wanted a straight answer about my condition. She could have acted like an adult and told me she truely was just unclear. But instead she used bunch of articulate words to beat around the bush .if I truely am as sick as some of the drs are insinuating then I obviously dont have time to play games. I will be going to Latrobe hospital where there are competent doctors .it is unprofessional drs such as dr Lisa that make everyone look bad. There were some great drs. Dr A. Was excellent and super nice. Overall the bad outweighed the good. Go to Latrobe instead

Horrible!!

Horrible!!
My son had to be transferred to Pittsburgh. Between the two hospitals it took from 4pm to 10:30pm. He asked for a drink didn't receive it until another nurse came to check on him. He wasn't in good hands at all as far as I was concerned!

Bad

Went on a Saturday because my family doctor was not open. Did not receive effective treatment the problem, only the symptoms. Ended up having to go to my family doc on Monday when they opened anyway where I finally received treatment after 6 days of awful pain.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to get blood drawn and took about an hour and a half. The women who drew my blood missed my vein and instead of redoing it, she moved the needle around my vein which caused a terrible burning sensation and a bruised arm and soreness for a week. She did not know what she was doing. Better yet they never sent the forms to my doctor which he ordered. Why? Because there wasn t enough blood in the tube. How was this only caught a month later? No one knows what they re doing and no one cares! Stay away from this place don t send anyone you know here. Very disappointed and will never be back here.
