I absolutely adore essential oils and all natural products. I love the affordability and the ease with shopping on Jade Bloom. I admire the idea that I am helping this company by supporting the use of organic products. The world needs more use of essential oils and all natural products. Growing up we ate and used all natural products which could be costly at times, but Jade Bloom is affordable and practical. Sizes may be small but due to their products being organic its common sense that it may not last as long as commercial products. This goes for any organic company or product. This company has truly taken me by surprise and we all know how rare that is in this day and age. First and foremost, their products are not just good but excellent. I have tried many other essential oil companies. These oils are just as good or better than any other company's oils I've tried. Of course, you could pay three or four times as much for a similar oil if you are so inclined. I just don't see the reasoning for it because Jade Bloom performs GC/MS testing on all their oils to verify authenticity. They are of high quality. The customer service is beyond what you would ever expect. They offer free shipping on ANY order over $5. They will refund your money if you are not satisfied, just send it back. They also have a "University" that gives people a general understanding of essential oils and goes in detail about some essential oils. Oh, and they pay you for learning. You earn points that you can redeem for up to 8 free bottles of oil! I really could go on. But just give them a try, I'm so glad I crossed online paths with them!!

This place is amazing! As soon as I walked in I felt the peaceful energy and the smell was intoxicating. Jackie was very informative and helpful without being pushy. But the best part is that I can get quality oils for a fraction of the cost of MLMs.

Not only do they have the prettiest bottles (green is my favorite color), the quality of their oils is highly impressive. The quality of these oils is amazing. Not only do all the blends smell great, the colors are beautiful, the lavender is my favorite of any other brand, the lucid blend helps my 14 month old sleep better than he ever has. The price is what gets me so happy since it is affordable and should probably be priced way higher! And to top it off, the customer service is incredible. my absolute favorite brand!

I recently found Jade Bloom while researching safe essential oils that weren't absurdly over priced. I did their online university, learned a ton about not only them, but oils in general. So far their customer service has been excellent, and I appreciate the sales and specials they offer. Instead of spending $28 on a 15 ml lavender their 10 ml Kasmir lavender is $9.95. Even if it were 15 ml it would still only be $15. That's cheaper than wholesale with MLM companies. Not to mention they routinely offer sales and it seems simple enough to get most everything at around 20% off.

My only complaint is I and my friend and sister had multiple shipping issues with them the first week we started placing orders. Not a deal breaker, but something I would like to see be improved. Overall I'm thrilled with the company, their oils, and can't wait to expand my oil collection with them.

So far every interaction I've had with this company has been incredibly positive. Their University courses aren't as "sales-y" as some of the others, and I came out learning so much. I love that they award you with points, so you can get oils for free and use the knowledge that you just gained. Shipping was incredibly fast, even was delivered a day earlier than originally quoted! The Facebook community group is also incredibly useful.

The customer service is literally so amazing. My spray bottles weren't working so I messaged them and they sent out 4 replacement sprayers, and when I originally ordered the aloe gel juice, it leaked when it arrived but the sent out a complete replacement that came perfect! Ive been studying aromatherapy through several schools over the years and have tried so many brands out there it's ridiculous. The company I consistently love to use is Jade Bloom essential oils. Not only are their oils the best in the business but their price point beats the heck out of MUCH lesser quality companies that are 'more well known'.
