They don't make any repairs correctly they are only done as cheaply as possible. Rent mice infested apartments. Charge illegal amount fees. Rents to drug dealers. They are pretty much incompetent slum lords. Stay far away from this company.

Unprofessional agent, pushes his interests only. We found the main agent to make promises that he did not keep. Honesty was an issue. Save your self the trouble and work with someone who will look out for your best interest and not his own, and someone who will actually listen to you.

Not only did they show us various apartments in different parts of North Carolina, they put in the effort to help us find exactly what we wanted in an apartment. Couldn t have been happier with the way we were treated. We really felt like we were in good hands.
