We moved here from Maryland in July. We were late on rent a couple times(not but a day or 2 late) and they evicted us and charged us a crazy amount of fees both times as we were trying to catch up... we got evicted on Christmas. We asked if we could have another chance and they said if we paid January rent by the 27th of December we could stay. We had the money and tried contacting them multiple times and we were ignored. When trying to get in contact with them they will ignore you unless they are threatened. This week we have been trying to contact them about getting our stuff and no response until threatened with legal actions. The neighbor next door has contacted them about Bugs and Mice they did nothing until she threatened them and then I was told by the exterminator the reason there were bugs and Mice was the neighbors dog bowl was out all day. The gutters are disgusting. The fire place is a fire hazard as it has never been cleaned. This place does not care about people. They just care about squeezing money out of people. Do NOT recommend.
