I found the best service provider and awesome resources for finding the perfect rental home and at the most affordable rate.

These guyshave great variety of homes and apartments. I was trying to find a home for my relative. Reitplace responded promptly explaining the process and details. The application process was quick. They also have a system for quick showing without the need for agent .thought that was convenient. Finally moved in.

Reitplace Rentals provided a peaceful home for my uncle. You made it super easy to find a rental home. I seemed to have a rigorous check on potential tenants, but that s what every good property manager should be doing any way. The only application submission on cool and convenient. I found my new colleague face so much difficulty to find a new apartment for his family. I heard about Reitplace rentals and suggested to him. We found a best apartment that suited his family. They made it easy to compare different apartments, and we were able to ultimately pick an apartment for him to go visit in person. They really reduced the work he had to do.

They don't make any repairs correctly they are only done as cheaply as possible. Rent mice infested apartments. Charge illegal amount fees. Rents to drug dealers. They are pretty much incompetent slum lords. Stay far away from this company.

Just rented a place from them the team very professional and friendly. Truly understood my situation couldn't have made a better choice.

Probably one of the worst realtors I have EVER rented from. Please beware do not do it. I can't speak much on the realtors but their assistant Ally is very unprofessional and rude. I lived in one of their apartments in Raleigh a couple of months ago and I swear I was relieved when my lease ended. The apartments aren't the nicest but they overcharge, old appliances that if they break, good luck because you are probably gonna have to pay for it. And if you have a dog and so does your names 9x out of 10 you will be responsible for cleaning up all dog poop. They won't get back to you in time if you have a serious manner either. I would suggest only moving here if you don't have any other option or maybe move when they get rid of their assistant. She was horrible and it's true because my other neighbors agreed so as well. They should change their name to wrong place realty!

My colleague found so many difficulties finding a rental in the location he desired. I heard a lot about Reitplace Rentals and I suggested to go with them. Fortunately it all worked out for them awesome!

We moved here from Maryland in July. We were late on rent a couple times(not but a day or 2 late) and they evicted us and charged us a crazy amount of fees both times as we were trying to catch up... we got evicted on Christmas. We asked if we could have another chance and they said if we paid January rent by the 27th of December we could stay. We had the money and tried contacting them multiple times and we were ignored. When trying to get in contact with them they will ignore you unless they are threatened. This week we have been trying to contact them about getting our stuff and no response until threatened with legal actions. The neighbor next door has contacted them about Bugs and Mice they did nothing until she threatened them and then I was told by the exterminator the reason there were bugs and Mice was the neighbors dog bowl was out all day. The gutters are disgusting. The fire place is a fire hazard as it has never been cleaned. This place does not care about people. They just care about squeezing money out of people. Do NOT recommend.

By far the best rental company I've ever been with. I moved to NC a few years ago, and from the moment I met with them I could tell they were warm and care about you as a person first and a tenant second. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and their contractor Mike is amazing! My dog hates maintenance people, but LOVED Mike, so that to me shows his character. REIT sold the property I currently live in, but will most certainly consider coming back to them in the future. Thank you REIT Place!

Unprofessional agent, pushes his interests only. We found the main agent to make promises that he did not keep. Honesty was an issue. Save your self the trouble and work with someone who will look out for your best interest and not his own, and someone who will actually listen to you.

STAY AWAY! They have low reviews for a reason! Had clients coming in from out of town to see a property, the showing was confirmed & while sitting outside of the property I was told to reschedule! Given no notice or reason why & never allowed in to show my client! When I tried to get a hold of the manager he was apparently too busy for me after waiting on hold for 20 minutes! Lost a possible client & any future referrals from me as an agent! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Recently had a rental experience. Agent and staff were really great. Always in communication with the agent. Would recommend!

Taking application fees and inaccurately reporting information. Says on the site credit score not usually a factor but will deny you anyway, so over these rental companies

I'm so happy to say that they made it easy to compare different apartments when I went to look a residential villa with my sister. She got a calm atmosphere to live.
