I was referred to Appliance Studio by my dad, who had custom crown moldings done by their sister company "AM GROUP" 5 years ago. My father is a difficult man to please, so when he said; "there's a new place on Doncaster, you'll shop around but I don't doubt that they'll go above and beyond"... he wasn't kidding. Taking on a full reno is daunting, but I did my homework and was pricing things out for months ahead to stay on budget. I planned on buying during Boxing week to get the best prices but wasn't expecting to save hundreds ($$$) more just by going to an independent. When I walked into AS, I met the owner + his son + John the GM and Tom my sales consultant. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. Not only did they put my mind at ease, but I got expert advice, amazing service and discounts on top of Boxing week prices!! That week, every big box and independent was price matching, but no other store could do better. This place treats their customers like family, and actually proved it on both my 1st, and 2nd visit. After researching to buy a specific fridge, I called Appliance Studio. I knew the model I wanted to purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the moment we first walked into Appliance Studio, Adib made us feel welcome and encouraged us to look around despite not being ready to purchase appliances at that time. A year later, we continued to receive that same warm reception each and every time we entered the store. John was an encyclopedia of knowledge and was generous sharing it with us. Over several visits, he patiently spent more than a couple of hours with us, to ensure we were completely comfortable with our purchase (6 items in all). He also went to great lengths to get us the best price with the dealer on top of the Black Friday sale prices (which were already fabulous). Appliance Studio prices are the same or better than their competitors, but what sets them apart is their service, which went above and beyond any expectation I had. They truly care about the customer. And their care didn t end once the sale was made. When our fridge was delivered with a dent in the door, John took care of everything immediately. I couldn t recommend Appliance Studio more highly. It was a lovely experience from the beginning to, to the delivery, to the fridge replacement, to the happy end.

We purchased a fridge here after visiting more than 5 different high end appliance stores in a 3 month period. We wanted to ensure that we were happy with the fridge which is why it took so long. The price was great and the delivery was smooth. We are very happy that we found them
Ask for Adib, you won't regret it! Remodeling my kitchen, there was a very specific 'fisher and paykel' fridge that I needed-25 inches wide...I called the manufacturer and they only had 2 left in all of North America; Tasco, Caplan's, Goeman's showed no interest to deliver it...and then I discovered Appliance Studio after reading reviews, they offer that mom & pop customer service you can't get anywhere else...The first fridge arrived at their store, and it was damaged so they sent it back...within a week, the second fridge arrived at my door as promised...I noticed a tiny crack in one of the plastics, Adib got the replacement parts mailed to me with no questions asked, within the week. He offers excellent communication--be it good or bad news--and offers solutions where possible. I'm a picky customer and I pick Adib and his team.
