Have used them for work and for personal vehicles. Staff is friendly. Technicians show up on time, are professional, and I have never had an issue after having work done. Their prices are some of the best in the greater Denver area.

I had a windshield replaced on my company vehicle; Andre was an excellent technician with a great attitude and personality. I definitely plan to use Quick-Set in the future for my personal vehicles.

Will never use this company again. Have been a customer since 2016. They have done a good job in the past but what has happened in the last three weeks is disgraceful. Jason is trying to tell us that he is not going to replace a windshield for free when he did so in 2012. Well sorry but the truck in question is a 2014 and we have only been using you since 2016. You have never replaced anything for our company for free. Not sure who you think you were talking to but don't worry we will never call you again. Jason should never be allowed to talk to customers on the phone. Extremely rude.

I unfortunately had an incident where my windshield was cracked by a different companies tow truck. That company was great and connected me with Quick Set Auto Glass to replace my broken windshield. Not only were they able to book my appointment time right after the weekend, but they also were capable of coming to my place of work to fix it for me! The employee who did the repair came earlier in the time window than I expected, explained the process and aftercare super well, and was extremely nice. I highly recommend this company to ANYONE looking for quality glass repair. I m not sure about pricing as mine was replaced at the cost of another company, but I m sure the price is worth the quality!

Got a large chip in my windshield and they sent someone out to my house the same day to get it filled in. Mathew was very professional and made quick work of it. This is the second time I've used Quick-Set. They are about half the price of Safelite and you get to talk to a real person on the phone rather than a 1-800 number. Would not hesitate to use them a third time.

This place is super nice. Replacing our windshield was not too expensive. The staff are very friendly, and the waiting room has nice couches and a good TV.

Poor customer service. Was told 2 hour window. However it takes an hour and a half extra so really plan on a 4 hour day waitining for them to yell at you for their lack of communication. And to be hung up on. The tech did not have their phone on hand the first time.
Rescheduled. Qas told an hour to be 90 min later. Their time is much more important than the custumers. Time before when i used them they purchased wrong windshield.
Not recommended. At all. Poor poor service along with an arrogant attitude. Jason is the manager.
His attitude reflects the shop and lack of communication. On what the time it takes to get it done.
And the real time you are waiting for them to perform a service to pay them to be yelled at. Because of the 'true" time it reallly takes.
And apparently the customer is there for their benefit. Honesty is not a congruent virtue. As they justify their lack of value then blames the customer as soon as you have a complaint.
Take heed. You qill be there to serve them. And pay them ad well.

Quick-set installs glass on our fleet of work vehicles and have never let us down. I recently had them install a windshield in my personal vehicle. Andre was awesome, he was on time and did not even mention that I was late. His install was professional and clean. The seal he used appears to be OEM (the one he replaced was not) showing me he did the job right. My car seems quieter if that is possible, maybe because they used the correct seal. I will continue to use Quick-Set and hopefully I will get Andre again.

Had a windshield replaced, the rear view mirror fell off. Didn't want to wait to have them come back out and put the adhesive back on it. Purchased some and put it on. The mirror fell off again within months. Called Quick-Set, was told that because the first time it fell off I put it back on, they would not warranty it. Sent the company an email and heard back. Will not deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their work. Will pay more for a company that will stand behind their product. Years ago when I first went to them they were great. Obviously over the years the customer service aspect of business has been lost.

Awesome service! They scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield, and on the day they arrived, the technician noticed that my winshield was supposed to be heated (my fault for not giving correct info) no worries, he patiently rescheduled and came back out with the correct windshield. My tech, Mr. Infante was quick and professional and did a great job. Not only that, they were about $60.00 less than other quotes I had received!

I needed a completely new one for my car, and it was finished in a timely manner with insurance if any cracks or ships occurred due to the operation. 5 stars.

Called for a qoute their the most expensive I've came across. So will not be giving them my business.

They did good for me. I had previously scheduled with safelite but then needed to cancel. I told safelite I wanted to figure out what time would work and call them back but they were determined to schedule me, calling me constantly at work until I got fed up and told them to never contact me again.

I then got an easy email quote from quickset. It was a good $130 less than safelite's. (Like safelite's quote, quickset's mentioned "This does not include sales tax and any additional hardware, moldings or kits that may be needed.") I thought the price seemed to good to be true. Also, unlike safelite, I was not bothered with follow up emails and constant pestering calls. I scheduled a few weeks later. I also saved in that quickset does not have a $25 fee to have a truck come out and do the replacement.

The tech came to my work on the scheduled day well inside the window I was given. No issues at all with the job, new windshield had the same tinting, etc as the factory. Actual charges were little more than the quote, only taxes if I recall correctly. I assumed I would have to get a new toll-way transponder window sticker but then I saw one in my new windshield. The tech explained they replace them and update the transponder with express-toll so you don't have to do anything.

Its been over a month now no issues, good seal, mirror solid, etc. In my opinion this company is at least as good as safelite. Every service company has bad reviews, the tech or customer or both had a bad day, every service company drops the ball now and then. I think most people are much more likely to review a company when they make them mad than when they do good. It seems to me that bad service is too common these days so I try to make an effort to review the good business and good service. My recommendation is if you want to pay extra for safelite's non-stop television commercials then they are the way to go! If you want good service for at least $100 less call quickset.

Mathew came out and was able to salvage my back window that had a leak. He wasn't sure he was gonna be able to take it out in one piece since it was an old factory window. He ordered a new one just in case which took longer than expected, but he didn't need it. He's a true pro! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Affordable, and just all around great.

Do not trust these people with your RV Windshield. They dont have the knowledge necessary for a proper install. I strongly suggest a dealership or even better, a nice trip to the factory. Your motorhome is too big of an investment.

So i have a 78 VW bus and i didnt expect for them to have the glass or the molding in stock to install. They had both and were able to schedule me quickly. Had them do my Toyota Tacoma as well. They had great prices and the installer was polite and did a wonderful job. Will be using them for every glass install that I need in the future.

I have never had such a terrible experience as with this company; I contracted them to replace my drivers front window which was shattered out. The first problem was they arrived with the wrong color glass for the job, it was a light enough tint so I let it go but things only went downhill from there. After about an hour the technician then informed me that he didn't have the right pieces to put the glass in and that he was leaving. Upon hearing this I called to let the owner know the situation and to express my frustrations, especially because it was December in Colorado and approximately 10 degrees outside. The owner told me it would be another 3 days before he could have it done and that was that. I told him that was unacceptable and that is not how a businessman should handle his clients, at which point he told me thats the way life is and I should take my business elsewhere. Never have I seen the OWNER of a company show so much blatant disregard for his or her paying customers. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at other shops!

Made this appointment and was told that my block was 9-12pm and the tech would call when they were on the way. At about 11am I called for an ETA. I was told the tech was finishing up an appointment and would be headed my way. Would get there closer to 12pm. At 12:15pm I called and asked for status and was told that the dispatch was making calls to the appointments to tell folks that the tech would be late. The gal also mentioned my block was actually 8-12pm. The customer should not be calling this company 15 minutes AFTER my appointment to see what is going on. Dispatch should have called me well within my time block to tell me and they asked me to reschedule for 1-4pm. Unfortunately, I had appointments for two company vehicles and my guys sat here waiting for them the entire time. So, not only do we not get our glass repaired, but we lost half a day of production time at our own company. We would have been a very good customer. Dont waste your time folks.

I went to Safelite, $375.00, Quickset was $225.00. For $150 savings I wouldn t care about customer service, but they were great!!

Lousy customer service, the technician was 2 hours late, the owner Jason was rude and unprofessional, I went with Abra instead, who not only matched, but beat Quick Set by $25.I would never use Quick Set again

They came into my working selling window-shields, & I needed one, so I signed up. Their sales staff was very nice, gave me a good price & scheduled install right away. When the installer arrived, he was very nice, did the job in about 30-45 min. When the installer gave me the total that has to be paid it was $75.00 higher than what the estimate was. He corrected the total right away and only charged me what I was quoted, which was great. I think there is a crack/scratch already on the new window that of course I did not see untill he left :( - Otherwise good, fast, affordable service. I will be calling them about the crack/scratch thing.

I lost the windshield on my 2014 F-150 and was concerned about getting the OEM replacement "Soundscreen" windshield. I called around and a few companies promised a similar quality, not the same windshield. I finally called Quick-set, they were the only company that promised the actual Ford Soundscreen glass. They delivered as promised, not only that, Quickset was friendly and efficient! I am actually in the glass industry and know when I am dealing with a quality installer and Quick sets was the best I have seen.

Called and got an appointment within a few hours, they came to me. Literally took them less than 30 min to replace my windshield. Very efficient and friendly! Will recommend and go through them again.

The guy who came out to check on the crack said it will be 15 minutes to my father in law. 45 minutes later their tech said, we cant fix this because it was punctured at that spot. 2 stars? The second guy was honest. The first guy... if he was a real technician would have done an inspection like the other guy did he would have not recommended it. If there was any honest answers, it should have been said in the beginning. And I would have brought in more of my business. Eh... ethics.

The office that took my info and got the job set up was exceptional. The next day service was awesome. Thanks to the technician (Leon Georges) who did a remarkable and clean job. Quick set auto glass is the best place to go for a windshield. My technician Mathew s, is great he list and treats his customers with respect. He let's you know what he is doing. Quick set auto glass stands behind their work and they are cheaper than safelite auto glass. Safelite left me without a windshield for two days they removed my broken windshield and didn't clean up after them self. Thank you Mathew from quick set auto glass for the great service.

They broke the cowling when installing the windshield. They replaced it at least. Barely a month since I got it replaced and I picked up a crack last weekend. They sent someone out to check on it wednesday, said he'd call back, he didn't. They determined it was an impact (how that happens when I wasn't traveling near anyone stumps me) and offered me 20 bucks off my next windshield. Sorry that's not gonna cut it if I keep having to replace them.

To be fair the ladies at the front counter were very nice and helpful the price was reasonable. I have a 2 star for the attitude and treatment I received from the technician when I had a question about the mirror and alarm antenna.

I have done business with them before on several occasions both on my private vehicles as well as some company vehicles. I have had the good fortune to have had the same installer on the last two windshields. I have another one I need to get installed and I sure hope I get the same installer for that one thanks

I called maybe 8 places - all of whom said they replaced bus and RV windshields - about replacing the windshield in my 1997 ElDorado MTS bus. Quick-Set was the only place that said "yeah, we can get that and this is how much it will cost". When all was said and done, the estimate was exactly right. It was all done quickly, too. The only things they could have done better were to clean up the dash after installation (lots of black stuff left laying around), and not leave the back door unlatched, which I found out about while driving. Bottom line: I would choose them again.
