Made this appointment and was told that my block was 9-12pm and the tech would call when they were on the way. At about 11am I called for an ETA. I was told the tech was finishing up an appointment and would be headed my way. Would get there closer to 12pm. At 12:15pm I called and asked for status and was told that the dispatch was making calls to the appointments to tell folks that the tech would be late. The gal also mentioned my block was actually 8-12pm. The customer should not be calling this company 15 minutes AFTER my appointment to see what is going on. Dispatch should have called me well within my time block to tell me and they asked me to reschedule for 1-4pm. Unfortunately, I had appointments for two company vehicles and my guys sat here waiting for them the entire time. So, not only do we not get our glass repaired, but we lost half a day of production time at our own company. We would have been a very good customer. Dont waste your time folks.
