The guy who came out to check on the crack said it will be 15 minutes to my father in law. 45 minutes later their tech said, we cant fix this because it was punctured at that spot. 2 stars? The second guy was honest. The first guy... if he was a real technician would have done an inspection like the other guy did he would have not recommended it. If there was any honest answers, it should have been said in the beginning. And I would have brought in more of my business. Eh... ethics.
