Had a windshield replaced, the rear view mirror fell off. Didn't want to wait to have them come back out and put the adhesive back on it. Purchased some and put it on. The mirror fell off again within months. Called Quick-Set, was told that because the first time it fell off I put it back on, they would not warranty it. Sent the company an email and heard back. Will not deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their work. Will pay more for a company that will stand behind their product. Years ago when I first went to them they were great. Obviously over the years the customer service aspect of business has been lost.
