I have never had such a terrible experience as with this company; I contracted them to replace my drivers front window which was shattered out. The first problem was they arrived with the wrong color glass for the job, it was a light enough tint so I let it go but things only went downhill from there. After about an hour the technician then informed me that he didn't have the right pieces to put the glass in and that he was leaving. Upon hearing this I called to let the owner know the situation and to express my frustrations, especially because it was December in Colorado and approximately 10 degrees outside. The owner told me it would be another 3 days before he could have it done and that was that. I told him that was unacceptable and that is not how a businessman should handle his clients, at which point he told me thats the way life is and I should take my business elsewhere. Never have I seen the OWNER of a company show so much blatant disregard for his or her paying customers. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at other shops!
