Poor customer service. Was told 2 hour window. How...
Poor customer service. Was told 2 hour window. However it takes an hour and a half extra so really plan on a 4 hour day waitining for them to yell at you for their lack of communication. And to be hung up on. The tech did not have their phone on hand the first time.
Rescheduled. Qas told an hour to be 90 min later. Their time is much more important than the custumers. Time before when i used them they purchased wrong windshield.
Not recommended. At all. Poor poor service along with an arrogant attitude. Jason is the manager.
His attitude reflects the shop and lack of communication. On what the time it takes to get it done.
And the real time you are waiting for them to perform a service to pay them to be yelled at. Because of the 'true" time it reallly takes.
And apparently the customer is there for their benefit. Honesty is not a congruent virtue. As they justify their lack of value then blames the customer as soon as you have a complaint.
Take heed. You qill be there to serve them. And pay them ad well.
