The mat outside the bathroom had TONS of hair on it!!! From a 5 star hotel, there shouldn't be any. The hotel rooms are also outdated, though the grand hall/check-in hall is magnificent.

It is the classic business hotel, with the addition of an excellent restaurant often with live music and a top-floor disco. The rooms are very well kept and spacious. The hotel is located close enough to the old Ruijin district where there are many typical restaurants and shops.
