Service was great and upscale. They had been my help with my financing needs. They were very responsive to my calls and their advices were one of the best for my needs.

My experience with Karen was wonderful, however my experience with Leon was so horrible it can't even be rated as bad. In all of my years in the professional world, I have never had someone mistreat clients with the verbal attitude from this person. He was insulting, degrading, and vulgar not only to myself, but to the buying and selling realtors. He constantly said things like "don't worry I'm the best, the realtors don't know what they're talking about" and "don't call and ask questions, just trust me I'll have the best deal", and in the end, my closing date, which was set almost 4 months prior, wound up delayed for many weeks because he couldn't get his act together. It has cost me thousands of dollars before, during and after because of his work ethic and lack of attention to the client. I would absolutely recommend Karen as a loan officer, but I wouldn't recommend Leon to anyone at all. Looking back, he was a con artist.
