Last week I had good time far from home... In this crazy period, having a little piece of mind and drinking a good tea become precious. The service at Hotel Lobby Bar Lakeside was spotless, good english and all wrapped up with a big smile. I recommend this place without any hesitation

Probably the best Pullman in China, fantastic breakfast, very good location near the center of Puxi. Suites are very spacious, only the constant search for the very creatively distributed light switches must be accepted.

It is the classic business hotel, with the addition of an excellent restaurant often with live music and a top-floor disco. The rooms are very well kept and spacious. The hotel is located close enough to the old Ruijin district where there are many typical restaurants and shops.

A reservation staff name Ms Wu is rude... as a 5 star hotel, I was expected the staff are well trained with hospitality knowledge and spirit. But I was calling to check for the room availability and received a very very rude services from your crew!!! Hire someone who have a proper training pls instead of those cheap pay worker with no training!!!
The Pullman was much nicer in 2012 when I was the first time in Shanghai and when the rooms were still new and very luxury for the time. Now only 4 years later the place changed a lot and the rooms look very old and used after time. They also closed the bar on the top of the hotel and it is now a private club. The management should consider a makeover of the rooms and create better public facilities for the guests
Great location close to Dapuquiao Metro station, the French Quarter, Fuxing Park, Huaihai Road and the West Bund. Very comfortable rooms and an exceptional staff who, from the moment you arrive, go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Don't be taken aback when a manager or the executive chef asks for your opinion and actually listens! There is a genuine commitment to excellence. Improvement is constant and noticeable from visit to visit.

My husband is a accor member, we stayed in the hotel from 2/10/2019 to 5/10/2019. the room was spacious and it was very clean. We enjoyed the stay and all our meals in the hotel and would like to thank your staff(Miss Izza) who could spoke very good english, provided us with excellent service.
I have been here for Christmas this year, 4 days and 3 nights. Going for a swim and swimming. Buffet prices seem to be cost-effective, but the price of the spa is a bit high

Very good hotel I went to the 50-story western restaurant to eat. The French-style western restaurant provided very good meals. The price was not expensive at noon, and there was a good view of the afternoon tea place. I will go back next time.
I booked 2 nights at this hotel for 2 weeks already and the problem is not solved yet.
I used 1 free night on 14 July and another paid night on 15 July. First, they can t find my money. I contacted them everyday but never get any replied. Finally, they found the transaction has been made completely.
Two weeks later, they sent me an email again that Accor Thailand did not reply them to confirm about my FREE NIGHT BENEFITS!! Therefore, they modified my booking only for 14 July as a paid night. THAT S IT!!!

Room cleaning was very good. Very clean and tidy service. Bathroom was well kept by the housekeeping. Satisfied with reception who checked me in. Also satisfied with Check out service. Young lady who clean my room deserves praise!
The hotel was tied up on business trips and the service and food were OK.
The hotel is in a great location, near a metro stop that allows you to go all over the city.
The room is very spacious and clean, as is the bathroom.
We loved the breakfast because, in addition to being treated, it offered a lot of choice for both Western and Asian palates.
At the reception there is a sort of ATM for currency exchange (very convenient) and the staff has always been kind and professional.
Overall we would return with pleasure.

Great hotel, highly recommended!! As a constant business traveler to China i choose to stay at your Pullman Hotels across china. My last stay was at Pullman Guanghou Baiyun Airport hotel on October 25-27th staying in your SKB suite. Previously in December 9th-17th 2012, i stayed for 7 nights in the Pullman Shanghai sky-ways hotel in 15 Dapu Road staying in SKA suite room number (4618). I have just booked again the Pullman Shanghai sky-ways hotel for the 9th-18th December 2013 and will require an upgrade to a nicer suite I enjoy your service and suites and because i am very busy i only found out about the LE CLUB card after my last booking. I come to every 2 months now and will stay in the Pullman hotels but i will appreciate if you can add my points from previous two stays stated above to my new LE CLUB card.

Today, I left this hotel and my whole experience wasn't good. First of all, when we arrived we saw a dark place, many lights of the lobby and the elevator area were turned off.
When we were checking in, we saw some people apparently drunk walking through the lobby, what gave us a terrible first impression of the place. I requested for late check-out and the attendant asked me what time I would like to check-out. I answered 15.00h and she granted me 13.00h (only one hour after the regular check-out time). I really don't know why she asked me about the time I wanted to check-out. Just to explain, as an Le Club Accor Silver member, I have the late check-out benefit upon request and depending on the availability. After that, she warned me that my room is a non smoking room. Ok, me and my wife don't smoke, so we went to the room and when we opened the door, a heavy smoking smell came from the room. I don't smoke and, actually, I hate smoking smell or people smoking around me. I called to the front desk to complain about it and they, instead of change the room, sent an employee that just spread an air fragrance, what, obviously, didn't work. The air inside the room was an unhealthy terrible mix of smoking smell and air fragrance. I didn't ask to change the room because we were really tired and our reservation was only for one night, but this decision cost me one sleepless night. Today, we moved to another hotel (Les Suites Orient Bund), where we already stayed before and where we should stay until the end of our trip.
The room in this Pullman was well cleaned, but don't have power outlets beside the bed, the switches don't work well and the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. In the bathroom, the shower has low water pressure.
We ordered a dinner in the room and the food was tasty.
I had a really bad experience when me and my wife were very tired and at the end of a long trip. We just wanted a good place to rest, but I didn't even manage to sleep, so this is the kind of hotel that must be avoided at all cost.

The management level is poor and the level of service personnel is low. After standing in the hotel for a minute, the two front desks were discussing the issue, when the guests in front of the room were transparent and what did not call. There is a black circle of dirt in the bathtub, and it is not sure if the room is cleaned normally. Telephone complaints, the hotel service staff first rebutted the old sentence can not wash. I said that with a finger, I could wipe out the dirt with a little force, and she said that the informant would check it. I refused, no guests can accept the sanitation of this hotel, and dare not touch it again. Of course, it is impossible to accept at 11 o'clock in the evening to watch others washing the bathtub while you are sleeping.

The 4-star near Dapuqiao, the CP value is not high, the reason is that the professional and non-competition behavior of the service personnel is not enough. However, this is also the sorrow of most of Shanghai's service industry. After the people have money, they don't care about their professional income. If they don't care, they will be unlucky.

Price is fair, beds and service are great. Executive suite on 52nd floor offers excellent food / beverages and ditto views. Rooms show some wear and tear: i.e. closet doors don't open well and peep hole in door totally loose (room 1903). Wellness area and swimming pool in fairly urgent need of refurbishment. A relatively cost effective and comfortable option, probably not THE best hotel in Shanghai.
Executive lounge service very rough. In the not smoking area people were allowed to smoke. Rooms are very old. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, the transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway, the room is spacious and bright, clean, well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The service staff is very welcoming and willing to come back next time.
