Great hotel. Nice amenities, as a matter of fact this is the only hotel that offers two king beds. Some of my relatives came form Canada before Pandemic and they stay at this hotel I'm glad because I recommend them staying at this hotel and they did and when they got back to Canada they shared their experience at this hotel they were happy.

Really poor front desk staff. After 10 frustrating minutes, the manager had to step in to check me in. Rooms are old and dated. I know they are going through renovations, but would stay at another location in the future. On the upside this is where Obama stayed during his last visit to LA. I have stayed here twice. Nice and attentive hosts on executive lounge.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I have to go to Woodland Hills for work. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and it s a 5 minute drive from my office. I ve ordered room service several times from the downstairs restaurant and everything was always amazing! I ve stayed in a regular King Room as well as a Corner King. I loved the Corner King, there s a separate couch/sitting area , where you can lounge or you can eat dinner at.

VIP to get into this schwanky hotel bar. Fantastic bar area around pool. Came here with my boyfriend to unload on some memory lane Dallas fiascos he had dealt with. What a fantastic time. Professional staff, friendly bartenders. Upscale atmosphere. Super crowded and a complete blast.

Nice clean modern decor, lots of seating in and around the lobby area. Sweet lil side market / snack bar inside lobby, which is great if you need coffee, tea, sandwiches, candy , fruit, juices, or a combutcha. The restaurant staff was friendly, & offered great suggestions. Beds were comfortable and down pillows amazing. Bathroom were big and open, bathroom products were nice as well.

I have been traveling to the Hilton Woodland Hills for about four years and have always experienced exceptional service at the Hilton. I especially want to give my application to Yethar who always remembers me and takes great care me in the restaurant given my food allergies. Yether has the gift of service and hospitality, and I am thankful for her and the Hilton team.

Booked a one-night stay with the family, and it was great. Room prices were good, around the $100 range. Requested two connecting rooms, and they were able to easily accommodate. Requested a refrigerator, and they hooked me up. Gave me a nice room with a balcony, and full breakfast coupons for my HHonors Diamond membership. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was terrific. Nice walking distance to the Cheesecake Factory. This was a very enjoyable stay - can't always say this for Hilton hotels.

I come to Woodland Hills often and always stay at this hotel close to my family and friends on many previous times we stayed at Hilton we didn't get charged for parking spot but this time 02/15/20 we got charged $44 for two nights for a parking spot. I believe it is expensive $22 for leaving a vehicle in a parking when you already pay for your room, this is the last time i stay at Hilton woodland hills.

I stayed in an executive suite which requires you to use your key card to access the floor, which came in handy considering there was an incident with a couple of suspicious people walking the halls on different floors and trying to access the executive floors, but were unsuccessful. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive in this situation and in all other aspects of my stay. I had a great stay.

Great location with easy access to many surrounding locations. The self parking is easy enough, but the valet does have its perks. Rooms were clean, plenty of space, and ours at least had a great view. No issues during the stay and would most likely return to this property.

Was not what I expected, hotel was under renovation, room was small, did not have microwave nor fridge. Tried cancelling reservations that were made through a 3rd party, and was very difficult to get a hold of "managers" to assist with the situation. Never again will we reserve a hotel at any Hilton locations nor recommend them. They did not refund 5 days we did not stay there, which the director said he had no problem refunding. Hopefully it'll be resolved once taken up to someone higher.

I must say this place was nice. The location was the very best and the manager as well. When we booked our vacation we checked yes for a wonderful view over the city, pool, free breakfast, free parking and a balcony. Nope didn't get none of those when we arrived. The manager did try and help getting us in another hotel but it's almost 1000 more than what we paid here. So he moved us to the 6th floor. But I'm pretty sure we paid enough to be way higher than the 3 or the 6th floor. So please make sure u always call and confirm the room you applied for before reserving...

I stayed at the hotel this past weekend. When I made the reservation I told them I would have two dogs at the hotel one of the nights. When I checked in also said I would have two dogs. They said ok great we are dog friendly. Fast forward to when we get the dogs to the hotel. I get a call from the front desk saying they have a 50 lb maximum for all dogs. And the dogs are not welcome in the hotel. NO WHERE did they ask about the size of the dogs. When I made the reservation or when I checked in. I understand about policy s but when you make the reservation they need to be upfront and tell you. It was not handled in a good way. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again.

Updated decor and technology. The restaurant food is inovative and really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're a Hilton Honors member the breakfast and evening d'oeuvres plus drinks are very generous. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here, but I found it lacking due to the fact that my room didn't have a bath and there was no pool or hot tub. That said, it was a pleasant stay and I wouldn't be upset if my company booked it again. Had a good night sleep and the accommodations were spot on.

We just held a Fall Conference for College and University students from all over Southern California at the Hilton. It was an awesome experience and the staff were super helpful in everyway. We catered food from the hotel and reserved the ballrooms for the conference. Things went smoothly and people loved the location

Conrad is rolling over in his grave at the poor quality of this hotel that uses his name. A/C makes terrible noises all night. Moved to new room that smell like smoke in a non smoking... Next room A/C turns off in middle of the night and we wake up dripping. No apology, no offer to reduce bill or anything.

Front desk was incompetent and rude. We will nevercstay on this Hilton again. Warner Center area has other options. I suggest you use them.

Not a great experience.
I went here for my anniversary. First thing, they did not offer any bonus feature. Usually all hotels do that on special occasions. It could be as simple as a cheap champagne, but not even that. Of course, i assume it is not a high level hotel so I let it slide. However, the second reason is why they get and deserve a 1-star. We were at floor 10 and close to our room was an ice room with an ice machine. From early in the morning to late night, hotel staffs would come to pick up ice and they were talking loudly and shouting with/at each other. I definitely do not like to wake up with others shouting.
Finally, we went to the hotel bar/restaurant with some friends and I can say it was the worst food we have eaten in LA. After few bites, I stopped eating due to the terrible taste. But according to my friend and my wife who continued (they were too hungry), the French fries was the worst French fries they have ever eaten. How can you screw up frying potatoes?

Overall, I think there are better choices in LA, so avoid this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. My my what a beautiful hotel. Not as grandiose as other strip hotels in a town like say Vegas but it holds its own. VERY CLOSE to the 101 Fwy so access to the Fwy shouldn't be much concern. There's a cool bar area in the hotel lobby with adequate seating. They have decently sized conference rooms for meeting needs as well as some smaller sizes ones for maybe a dozen people. And should you stay in this lovely modestly luxurious hotel the views are practical but depending on the weather still beautiful.
